JOB DESCRIPTION.
PROJECT MANAGER

- Creating long-term and short-term plan, including setting target for milestones and adhering
to deadlines.

- Keep in touch with other executives to keep the project on track to achieve their objectives.

- Always keep an eye on quality control as a project develops to ensure that expectations
are being met.

- Prepare schedules and goals on the project as needs or financing for the project.

SITE MANAGER

- Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors.

- Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff and the public.

- Buying materials for each phase of the project.


- Monitoring build costs and project progress and conducting quality and safety inspections.

SAFETY OFFICER

-One of the most important responsibilities, conducting risk assessment and enforcing
preventative measures.

- Advising and instructing on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of


machinery etc.)

SITE SUPERVISOR
Their job is to become a site supervisor monitors the progress of construction projects and
ensure compliance with construction safety regulations. They supervise construction workers
and subcontractors, educate construction workers on site safety practices, and evaluate
employee performance.

ENGINEER

Their main duties include developing new products for companies or individuals to use,
providing maintenance to current products to enhance use and designing new machines to
improve an organization's efficiencies.

CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

The foreman of the building site is in charge of the workers. He in charge of managing the
staff, including timesheets, payroll, and frequently hiring new employees

ELECTRICIAN

They are in responsible of installing the wiring for the electrical structures in a building and
verifying their performance, as well as constructing electrical connections in buildings. Most
of their occupations include problem-solving, which may call for advanced problem-solving
abilities and critical thinking.

ARCHITECT

They are design the overall look of houses, buildings, and other structures. They must
ensure that the final product is both attractive and functional. Organizational skills. Architects
often manage contracts.

ESTIMATOR

They are responsible for an estimator, also known as a cost planner, collects and evaluates
a company's data in order to estimate the costs, resources, and labour needed to produce a
service or product. Their duties include performing research, gathering quotations, preparing
reports, and monitoring forecast plans.

GENERAL WORKER
They are general Laborers are responsible for various manual tasks such as digging
trenches, unloading building materials, and preparing job sites. They use hand tools like
shovels or picks while operating machinery to help them with their work and assist crews
with other necessary tasks.

IRON WORKER

They compile data from a few sources, including as blueprints and drawings, in order
to choose the right materials and the right quantities for a project. One of their
responsibilities is to use levels or laser equipment to ensure the correct positioning,
balancing, and alignment of structural iron elements.
