(CBT) and assessment services across India. With a headcount of 600+ executive-level
employees, we provide secure, technology-driven assessment solutions for Universities,
Government (Central & State) and multiple organizations.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Human Resources at our Bangalore HQ
to oversee HR operations and allied administrative services for our headquarters at Bangalore
and liasoning with our branches across India. This role is pivotal in shaping employee
experience, streamlining HR processes, and maintaining efficient support systems and strict
adherence to our policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

 Support recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning processes across functions.


 Manage annual performance appraisal systems and provide support to talent
development programs across the organization/levels.
 Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.,
wherever applicable).
 Ensure accurate documentation to match CMM/ISO requirements
 Handle employee relations, grievance redressal and disciplinary proceedings.
 Drive employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
 Develop, manage and enforce HR policies and standard operating procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile:

 Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, Business Administration, or related field.


 Experience: 5+ years in HR/Admin roles with significant experience in the private sector.
 Skills:
o Self-driven
o In-depth knowledge of HR best practices related to Indian environment
o Proficient in MS Office and HR tools
o Excellent communication and organizational skills
o Ability to manage a distributed workforce across regions/cities and work under
pressure
