Description : It is the largest health insurer in United States. This project is to develop
the UM application for Minnesota State Insurance organization by
following Highmark application (Highmark Health Insurance
Organization agreed to give support to Minnesota State Insurance
Organization by building like HMK UM application according to
policies of MN).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Creating VNet, Subnet, VM configuring with NSG, Inbound and outbound rules as part of system
and networking hardening instructions.
• Administration, Configuration, support and Design for Microsoft Cloud Windows Azure.
 • Managing entire Azure Infrastructure services.
• Responsible for creation and management of various Azure IAAS Services.
• Designed Network Security Groups (NSGs) to control inbound and outbound access to Network
Interfaces (NICs), Firewalls, VMs and Subnets.
• Working experience of Virtual networks, VPN gateway, Hybrid connectivity windows azure,
cloud infrastructure, Azure Monitor, Application Insight.
• Enabled backup using Recovery Service Vault to create restores points.

• To Migrate the On Prem Environment to Azure cloud Environment with the Help of Azure
Migration and Azure AD.

• Taking the Site Recovery of the servers using Azure recovery service vault and to completely
migrating to the Azure cloud. Solving issues related to start/stop VM from the portal.

• To Configured Azure Virtual Networks, subnets, DNS settings, Security policies, VMs, etc…
Provisioning Data disks to Azure VMs.
 • Creating General Purpose and Blob storage accounts as per client request.

• Configured different types of Load Balancers, VMSS and Availability Sets, Azure CDN. Configured
PAAS services like App Service, Azure SQL Database.

• Expertise in Blob Storage and File Storage. Implementation of Auto scaling. Implementation and
deployment of Availability set.

• Improved the Automation of Deployments done for store and corporate applications by using
Power Shell.

• Coordination with client and offshore stakeholders in the project. Experience in Incident
Management tools like Jira and Service Now.
