▪ The transport facility is fully air-conditioned & equipped with GPS & vehicle tracking system.

❖ DAY BOARDING FEE - 25500.00 (Per Annum)

(Compulsory for Grades IV to VIII) - 8500.00 (Payable in 3 Instalments)
(Day Boarding Is Optionally Available for Grade I to III at the above-mentioned fee and needs to be opted for
the complete year along with the 1st instalment fee.)

❖ EXTENDED STAY FEE (OPTIONAL)- 25500.00 (Per Annum)

(Available for kindergarten only, the above stated fee should be paid in full along with the 1st instalment fee.)

❖ HOSTEL BOARDING FEE - 270000.00 (Per Anum)

(For Grade III onwards) - 90000.00 (Payable in 3 Instalments)
(Hostel boarding fee only includes food, accommodation & activity fee)
(Tuition fee would be applicable as mentioned above)

❖ HOSTEL TUCK MONEY - 33300.00 (Per Annum)

(For Grade III onwards) - 11100.00 (Payable in 3 Instalments)
Terms and Conditions:

● The fee structure is only for the academic year 2025-26 and the school management holds the right to change the fee structure for
the subsequent years.
● In case of a mid-term withdrawal the fee instalment up till that instalment period will be chargeable. For example, if the child
discontinues from the 15th of September, then the second instalment paid for the period of 05th July to 05th November will be
charged. This condition applies to all fee components.
● The application for the withdrawal should be received by the school at least a month prior to the next starting instalment period,
else, the Fee for the next instalment period will also be charged.
● Individual absence is not considered to recalculate the fee components.
● Transfer Certificate will be issued only after the payment of the fee according to the above two conditions are fulfilled.
● As per the CBSE guidelines, all applicable fees for registration, exams, direct admission, migration, subject change etc. are to be
paid.
● Books, Stationery, Dress would be charged as per the actuals.
● Field trips and inhouse school activities are included.
● Excursions Tours to be paid as per the actuals.
● In case of loss / Misplacement of RFID & ESCORT card the cost of INR 1000 to be paid for re-issuing of new card.
● Sibling discount of 25% on Tuition Fee & 10% on Hostel Boarding Fee would be offered for the younger sibling, whereas full fee
would be charged for the eldest sibling.
● Sibling discount provided to the younger sibling would be discontinued in case the eldest child exits the school before completing
the schooling with BTGS, else the discounts would continue for the younger child till they study at BTGS.
● Yearly fees would be payable as per the BTGS Terms and Conditions.
● Late fees of INR 100 per day will be charged in case of fee payment being made after the due date.
● Due dates for the three Instalments will be as follows:
▪ 1st Instalment - Time of Admission(For new students)/ on or before 05th of March(For existing students)
▪ 2nd Instalment - To be paid on or before 05th of July
▪ 3 Instalment - rd
To be paid on or before 05th of November
● The fees will be collected in School Admin Office between 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM on all working days by Cash / Cheque / DD/ PO Or
the same can be paid by Online Banking / Brahmavid App / Payment Gateway(link on Brahmavid website).
● Interest Free EMI option is provided by Gray Quest which can be availed via Brahmavid APP( T&C apply )
● Cheque Return Charges Rs.200 would be payable if the Cheque is returned uncleared.
● All the payments should be made to the below mentioned account.
