 Eligibility Rules
1. A Candidate is declared as passed in the 1st/2nd Year examination if he/she gets a minimum of 30% marks in each
paper and 35% aggregate in one attempt.

2. Minimum pass mark for individual papers of 1st/2nd or both under compartmental appearance is 35%.

3. Blind, Deaf, Deaf & Dumb candidates are declared as passed 1st/2nd Year,if the candidate gets a minimum of 25%
marks in each paper.The award of Grade will be as per usual procedure.

4. The Deaf, Deaf & Dumb, Dyslexia and Mentally handicapped candidates are exempted from one language under
Part I or Part II.The Grade will be awarded as usual in consideration of papers appeared.

5. The "Environmental Education" examination is compulsory from the academic year 2006-07 and the "Ethics and
Human Values" examination is compulsory from the academic year 2014-15.The Candidates will be issued pass
certificates only after qualifying the said two subjects.The Blind Candidates are exempted from appearing the
Environmental Education Examination only.

6. The English Practical Examinations for General and Vocational streams were introduced for first-year students
in the Academic Year 2023-2024 and for second-year students in the Academic Year 2024-2025. Students will pass
the English Exam if they clear both the Theory and Practical Exams.

Congratulations, on your success in IPE - 2025

Degree Online Services, Telangana (DOST) welcomes you to join in Undergraduate Courses offered by the
Degree colleges across Telangana State. DOST (https://dost.cgg.gov.in) is the only Gateway to join in the Degree Courses
(B.A./B.Com./B.Sc. etc.) in Telangana State.

Instructions for UG Degree Online Admission (DOST):-

1. Link the mobile number of Student ( or Parent) with Student's Aadhaar Number.

2. Well in advance (before the beginning of DOST registrations) update your name, gender and date of birth in
Aadhaar Card as per your SSC / Intermediate Certificate.

3. Use Student's Aadhaar Number for DOST Registration. Don't use "Aadhaar Number" of Parents / Siblings /
Others for Registration.

4. Visit "https://dost.cgg.gov.in" and register by entering your details and paying Rs.200/- online.

5. One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your Aadhaar linked mobile number. On receiving OTP, login for further
registration process.

6. DOST ID will be generated and this will be valid TILL THE END OF THE ADMISSION PROCESS (and even in
future also).

7. If applicable, keep the following certificates ready with you : Caste Certificate, Income Certificate (taken on or
after 01.04.2024), NCC, PHC, Ex-Servicemen Or any other relevant Certificates obtained from the Competent
Authorities.

8. Take the help of your Teachers / Elders while exercising web options of courses / colleges of your choice.

9. For further assistance, contact nearest "Help Line Center, DOST-2025".

Don't tell OTP to Unknown or Unauthorised Persons.
