*Remaining balance amounting to PHP 112,700.00 shall
be paid on the day of the event via credit card.
*Incidentals incurred on the day of the event shall be
paid on the of the event either thru cash or credit card.
NOTE: Should the actual headcount be higher than the
maximum guaranteed (130 persons), a 15% surcharge
shall apply in the rate per person in excess.
