Code of Conduct for Participation in the Workshop
The following guidelines are being formally issued as a code of conduct for all participants in the
upcoming workshop. It is essential that all participants strictly and systematically adhere to these
instructions to ensure that the training system achieves excellence and high standards of quality.
1. Friday prayers should be performed in a mosque where Friday prayers can be held at the
designated early time. Arriving on time is mandatory.
2. All participating teachers must attend the workshop in a conducive environment, utilizing
the best available resources.
3. Teachers must bring all relevant and prescribed course books with them so that they can
effectively engage with the instructional content during the sessions.
4. Each participating teacher should remain attentive and present, ensuring that every
academic point, guidance, and observation is timely understood and noted.
5. Whether it's the initial orientation session or a thematic session, all information presented
must be systematically recorded.
6. Participants must be seated before the scheduled start time. Punctuality and professional
conduct are fundamental.
7. The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during the sessions. In case of an
emergency, permission must be obtained from the Head of Department (HOD).
8. No participant is allowed to leave the classroom during the session.
9. Avoid standing unnecessarily in the gallery, hallways, or near water points so as not to
disrupt the training environment.
10. Participants' clothing, footwear, and general appearance must be clean, appropriate, and in
harmony with the training environment.

At the conclusion of the session, every participating teacher must submit a written report
to the Board of Directors (BOD) containing:
