Introduction

Have a look at previous years that was the era of technological innovation
explosion, there were electricity( 1983), airline(2001) and automobile(1990)and
more which not only boosting production but also making life of people more
efficient that is providing a though about “our dairy life is going to be better
through those developing technology tool what does create new opportunity and it
is connecting people each to each other in the world (Steve 1997).” On this basis,
the technology of the new era such as advanced robot, artificial intelligence and
augmented reality have made the civilized society simpler and solves many
practical problems that may be physically or mentally. Overall, people have to
predict about over automation may bring numerous negative influences. (See
below chart 1) Their key skills are various, including the productivity keeps going
up, more flexibility and mobility in order to solving issues of special academic
area, as well as it involves like “job displacement, environment pollution and
labour ethical”, this is research will illustrate via their functions within
organization.

Advanced robot used within professional area

Advanced robot appeared in earlier 2000, a famous case is “Siri” who is made by
hardware and coding in order to conducting in the real world after year and year
that included light sensor or something what even a house made by it what called
“smart house”. This technology mainly is semi-atomic such as “humanoid robot”
what is recently viral and well-known by Tesla’s new model who is “Optimus Gen
2” he can move, dance or clean home and this chart (previous one) discusses about
benefits and drawbacks of having robots into the Workplace. Majority strength is
the automation of productivity on employment: “While not more than 5 per
centage of works can be fully automated, about 60 per centage have at least one-
third of their tasks that could be automated significant changes into numerous
workplaces. The result about this changing is “job displacement”, in the previous
chart presents “up to around 800 million people lost jobs” due to highly rapidly
working could be replace by machines which are costing less money and time.
Although it created some jobs in new industry such as maintaining experts because
robot may occur error during long-term period working career and AI training
engineer who is responsible for advanced robot could learn without understand
how to properly work in order to miss majority problems (8-9 per centage of
workforces are not existing yet). Thoughts about “safety of workplace”, obviously,
companies have to distribute those robots what just made by melt and several chips
for moving remotely, professional operator is able to control them far to handle
unsafety tasks such as a job called “bomb disposal specialist” there is police
controlling hand-robot that is reducing dangerous factors. Therefore, more and
more people are considering about to change works while needs of high-skill jobs
are keeping up but demands of low-skill jobs are decreasing that only high-
intension physical job can be not decreasing during changing (between 70 million
to 380 million workers, around 10 per centage of the global workforce), because
robots’ body is not able to do too fast or take too heavy that come up an issue
related to “ethical between advanced robots and world ward workers”. As modern
people known that there are labor laws, this police protect everyone’s right and
promote fair labor practices in the age of automation, for instance, creating a "robot
tax" for special firms that significantly automate jobs with the revenue earmarked
for worker retraining programs, unemployment benefits or investments in new job
creation initiatives within the community impacted by automation after that
government or charity is able to take those revenues which taken from well-known
companies in order to use it to support fired worker it definitely helps huge during
they do not have works. after talking about influences then turn to real life
examples, there are major robot called “Surgical robots” as super star in medical
area because human experts can perfectly control them as close friend., the term
refers to assist surgeons during hospitalization operation. In medical area this is
taking a big role, every high-tech individual operation with mechanical which
could conduct properly via tiny incision for take a low-risk. This article combines
advanced robot’s pros and cons within organisations that included job
displacement when demand of low skill job when robot takes low skill rapidly
works which are certainly boosting productivity and deducting cost, labor ethical
between machine and workers, nevertheless, they bring benefits such as create new
industry “maintaining jobs”, increasing safety and significant helps within medical
area as professional assist.
Artificial intelligence’s influences

Modern firms (Tesla, Google) recently are choosing to develop in Artificial

Intelligence (AI). from AI is able to in varied sectors involve to independently
work that is leading to increased productivity and worker may be replaced, as AI
can also be perceived as leading to job losses. Bernard Marr (April 2025)
mentioned that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is going to take 70 percentage of jobs. In
addition, regarding McKinsey’s Global Institute, AI could not affect 400 million
people worldwide who conduct only high intensity work. (10 percentage of world
population) so nowadays high-tech skill job becomes a new opportunity this
motivated to develop new skills may be an internet protecter.
Although AI has the high usage within the workplace positively, it is important to
check carefully any impact with mental health. AI affects these aspects is crucial as
it becomes more integrated into the workplace, first of all, new studies show that
interaction between humans and AI systems by moving toward a collaborative
approach and improve employee well-being by reducing work amount in order to
balance work and living. They have to deal with Ai because it is already in
everywhere such as electro car has “Full self- driving” this is control by FSD, it
involves not just chips but also sophisticated software for processing data, it allows
person to rest while this function opens with certainly safety. In YouTube people
open subtitle and read what is translated by AI and YouTuber is more and more
consuming Chatgpt for receiving idea or essay structure that has save the
YouTuber’s time to do decision. This is a valuable note about "decision-making",
people are over relying on AI, especially your critical and reflecting thinking are
going to back while AI helps you solve all kind of life difficulties even predict next
day's schedule and for instance "let Full-self driving car take you go to recommend
restaurant to eat recommend food". In the privacies information side, it involves
“customer information losing”, in internet it will be saved within databases,
including your bank card number, email address and ID, for example Tesla is the
tech firm who needs to evaluate employee records via AI system for controlling
this caused worker loss trust with boss and surrounding feels not safe.
So there are numerous benefits and drawbacks provided by “AI” that including
improved competitive advantages, balancing time about work in life, in the other
hand is about “unemployment”, “less decision-making abilities” and “sensitive
privacy information”.
Augmented reality

Augmented reality (AR) referred users via technology onto the real-world
environment, typically like AR glasses, therefore, this allows customers to
remotely feel or talk and targets many groups of people like creating meeting
rooms for business people or studying environment for students, but average
people are thinking about its “High implementation costs” and “slowly adaption”.
AR provides a immersive environment what is already implied in medical and
tourism area, university lecturer shows videos involving his professional surgery as
a reference in order to let ungraduated students predict themselves how to do an
operation for the future career, as well as, in the Amir Timur library website where
contributed numerous 3D images that tourist is able to experience without entry
and feel more connected, for business company like “Boeing” uses AR to assist
teachers, at the training time who reacts in real-time, engaging guidance
superimposed on the actual machinery, assisting technicians in comprehending
how to solve complex tasks properly, this shortens the training duration and boosts
assembly efficiency. In the negative side, Simth (2020) noted “High
implementation costs and the need for robust infrastructure can be buyer power
barrier.” One of the challenges is the current hardware limitations, such as the need
for high-end devices to run applications. For different year-old user it is also a
“adaption task”, While younger, tech-savvy customer intend actively to embrace
these technologies, older generations may be felt confused due to unfamiliarity
with AR/VR operation and will choose to refuse the user-unfriendly tools. (Smith
and Jones, 2022). Augmented reality has seen a growing implementation in
professional area because its efficiency in augmenting immersive learning
experiences that boost knowledge retention and address skill gap issues, but need
to solve “High costs” and “user unfriendly” for average people and elder people in
order to receive various group of customers, not just business men or university
students and tourists.
Future trend

In the future, this is no doubt robot is being a real expert while it can work
independently (Raj November 2013). Although those are more consuming as tele-
operating device, robotic arms, this is used as equipped with body augmented and
controlled by USB so that doctor likes it due to increased precision, reduced blood
loss and low-risk during operation.
