- National Electric Code/NFPA 70, IEC or equivalent standards.

- The incumbent shall also have working knowledge of electrical installations


including materials, methods, specifications, and hazardous location
identification for oil and gas or petrochemical industries.
- Inspector should have two (2) years documented experience in the field of
cathodic protection for the required specific application.
- The candidate shall be able to demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of
international codes and standards related to inspecting Cathodic Protection
System and its components, such as anode installation, cable installation, and
positive and negative cable hookups to rectifier.
- The candidate shall be able to interpret and assess cathodic protection design
packages to ensure compliance with the contractual requirements.

Knowledge
- Technical knowledge and familiar with related international codes and
standards in particular discipline
- Able to check that suitable and appropriate inspection and test tools are used
- Investigative and analyze nonconformities and observations and figuring out
solutions
- Capability of planning and controlling inspections for medium and Mega scale
project.
