Honhaar Scholarship Program

Students Enrolled in the Public Sector Universities, Medical Colleges and Higher Education Colleges
of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Balochistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Process Flow for Application Submission

1. Visit Honhaar Portal

 You need to visit official portal of Honhaar Scholarship Program. The link of portal is
given below;

2. Register / Signup

 Click on “Apply” Tab on the Main Dashboard

 Then create an account by providing your information as desired in the form shown
below. Please note that you have to provide your CNIC number.
 After filling the requisite information as shown above, press “Submit”.
 After submitting the information, a message will appear on the next screen showing
your username and password. Kindly save your username and password.

 Then login with your credentials as appeared in the message and also enter
captcha.
3. Filling of Information

 After entering correct login information “Student Portal” will open showing various
tabs as shown below;

a. Download Sample Affidavit


You need to download the sample affidavit file and click next.

b. Filling Personal Detail


A next tab showing “Personal Detail” will appear.
You need to fill all the required fields with correct information and also upload the
Picture showing clear face. Then press “SAVE AND CONTINUE” button to move to
next Tab by saving the current information.
c. Filling Address Detail
The next Tab of “Address” will appear as below. You need to provide all the
information in the desired fields correctly. Then press “SAVE AND CONTINUE”
button to move to next Tab by saving the current information.
d. Filling Education Detail
The next Tab of “Education” will appear as above. You need to provide all the
academic information in the desired fields correctly (Matric, Intermediate and
University / HEI). Then press “SAVE AND CONTINUE” button to move to next Tab
by saving the current information.

e. Uploading Documents
The next Tab of “Documents” will appear as above. You need to upload all the
documents in JPG/PNG format having less than 200 KB size. The detail of
documents which need to be uploaded is given below;

o CNIC Front side


o CNIC Back side
o Matric / O-Level Equivalence
o Inter / A-Level Equivalence
o Domicile
o Affidavit
Then press “SAVE AND CONTINUE” button to move to next Tab by saving the
current information.

f. Review the Information


The next Tab of “Review” will appear as below. You need to review all the
information provide in the form and if any correction / amendment is required you
need to update accordingly. The sample form is given below;
g. Submit the Form
After reviewing the information, you need to press the “SUBMIT” button to submit
the form.

After pressing the “SUBMIT” button, the message screen will appear showing “Thank
you for applying in Honhaar Scholarship!”
After submitting the form an automatic application ID will be assigned and also
showing your application status. You can also print the application.
