CEP, Condenser, PHE, Static equipments & its auxiliaries, daily maintenance activities, breakdown
maintenance activities etc.
• Overhauling & maintenance of Generator seal oil system, Lube oil system, oil purifier system.
• Handling formulation of plans for tackling breakdowns, daily plant maintenance and condition
monitoring.
• Collaborate with operations & maintenance team to resolve equipment issues.
• Troubleshoot major & recurring mechanical problems on the site to improve equipments reliability &
reduce maintenance cost e.g. conduct formal Route Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions.
• Preparation of Daily progress report, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), HIRA, Hazard analysis, Risk
assessment, safety Audit Management, Monthly Report etc.

Job Profile:

• Planning & effectuating preventive maintenance schedules of various assigned equipment to

increase machine up-time & equipment reliability.
• Identifying running defects & outage defects, its corrective action etc;
• Servicing and overhauling of control valve, gate valve, globe valve, butterfly valve etc. (valve
lapping, blue matching, gland packing replacement, plug & seat inspection etc.)
• Supervision and guidance for fabrication works (TIG welding, Arc welding, edge preparation, flange
joints) & its quality check (DPT, Stress Reliving, Visual inspection etc.)
• Overhauling of Turbine auxiliaries, daily maintenance activities, breakdown maintenance activities
etc;
• Vibration monitoring of rotating equipments like centrifugal pump, Motor, FD fan, PA fan, Air
Compressor etc
• Handling formulation of plans for tackling breakdowns, daily Plant maintenance and condition
monitoring.
• Close co-ordination with client for High energy drain valve audit, maintain of maintenance/equipment
history etc.
• Servicing of oil separator, oil centrifuge, overhauling of centrifugal pumps, vapor exhauster fans etc.
• Lubrication oil filtration system (through) centrifuge oil separators installed at main turbine MOT
& TDBFP MOT, electro static oil separator (ELC) and low vacuum dehydration machine (LVDH)
separately need to installed as per requirement, recycle and reuse of filtered and drained oil after
proper filtration, optimization of lubrication oil consumption etc.
• Maintenance & inspection of Gear Box, Mechanical Coupling, Bearings.
• Preparation of Daily progress report, Job safety analysis, Monthly Report etc.
• Preparation of Work instruction BTG area (Preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc).
• Servicing and overhauling of Mechanical seal of various pumps.
