2 Review Point: Employer shall review the task results before moving on.

3 Surveillance Point: Monitoring work in progress, which does not require a written notification. A surveillance report may be issued to document the activity.

4 Witness Point: The Employer shall be notified in advance, in writing, about the timing of inspections or tests. However, if there is no written approval or presence from the Employer, the inspection or test shall proceed as scheduled.

5 Hold Point: The Employer shall be notified in advance, in writing, about the timing of inspections or tests. Subsequent activities should not be carried out without written approval from the Employer.
