commercial ply wood with 1 mm thick laminate with necessary

commercial ply wood with wooden framing. . Computer Key board of
metal of approved make shall be provided. Exposed surfaces of the
unit shall have1 mm th laminate finish ready made Foot rest shall
be provided. All internal surface will have 0.60 mm thick balacing

make group lock, handle, hinges, magnet catch. , Rate includes all

(iii) Repaing of drawers and shutter and painting /polishing complete as

Iv PARTITIONS / GLAZING

a P & F FULL HEIGHT PARTITIONS - PARTLY PANELLED / PARTLY GLAZED 21.00 SMT
INCLUDING FLUSH DOOR
BASIC STRUCTURE:
P & F full height partitions made from internal frame work of size 2"x1" x min. 1.5
mm th. Alu. sections, fixed by means of al. angle of 1"x1"x1" size for proper fixity.
The entire Alu. frame work shall be covered with 12 mm th.MDF on both the
sides. All open sides of the framework shall be covered with the 12 mm th.MDF
to cover the entire thickness of the partition. The upper portion rom 3 '/ 1'3" to 6'9"
of the partitions will have 6 / 8 mm th. clear glass required as per size of glass,
fixed with 2 1/2"x1/2" (F.S.) wooden molding with suggested grooves to cover the
full thickness of the partition.The hinge side aluminum frame shall be in filled with
wooden section. The same shall be than covered by 12 mm th. MDF panels to
get the flush type partitions.

GENERAL:
All the gaps either vertical or horizontal shall be filled properly with ideal material. All
the vertical members of the partitions shall be carefully inserted / fixed in the floor
(without damaging the floor) & also shall be fixed to the structural ceiling for proper
strength.Necessary provision shall be made in the partition for ele. Conduits, switch
boards,a.c. drain lines & ac’s. etc.as req. (The item does not include various door
shutters as it being a separate item. The common member of partition and frame of
door will be considered in the item of partitions). Only below ceiling area will be
considered for measurement purpose, however the partition shall be raised atleast by
3" above the false ceiling level for having fixity for the ceiling & also all vertical
member shall be taken up to the slab / beam bottom.

P & f of internal door shutters made out of 30 mm th flush door with

suggested grooves with 6/8 mm th. clear glass fixed with 10 mm th. wooden
molding to cover full th. of the shutter. including 3 Nos 5" long SS hinges with
countersunk SS screws, Godrej Mortice lock, S.S Handles,Door stoppers,
doorstop of approved make etc. complete as per drawing & instructions

FINISHES:
 All the external plywood components shall be finished with 1 mm th. laminate in
on both the sides & also in the thickness of the partition. All external wooden
members shall be in melamine matt polish finish.
THE PPPG FHP SHALL BE FIXED IN POSITION AS / INST.

BASIC STRUCTURE:
As / item no. II / 01a but with DIFFERNCE in ht & REGULAR glass .WITH
OPEN EDGE POLISHED Other specifications remains the same.

Aluminium. framing of 25mmx25mmx1.20mm thick at maximum 2'-0" c/c
bothways on wall and pillar etc complete as directed as per design and
instruction of Architect. .
3 P/F Wall panelling with framing laminate finishing for wall and Pillar etc 3.0 SMT
/ Creating Box for fixing AC machine and concealing of copper and drain pipe
and around front side main entrance door top, jambs using 18 mm thick
MR Grade plywood with 1.00 mm Thick Laminate as per
requirement and drawing etc complete as directed.

Vi STORAGE CABINETS

1 GENERAL PURPOSE STORAGE CABINETS – OF VARIOUS SIZES &

VARIOUS HEIGHTS (DRG. NO. 09)
NOTE : FINISHES for all storage
The entire unit shall be in 1 mm laminate finish on external vertical sides and in
balancing laminate finish on internal surface. The wooden borders shall be in
melamine matt polish finish.
1 GENERAL PURPOSE 15.50 SMT
BASIC STRUCTURE:
P & F 1’-4” deep storage cabinet. The basic structure of the cabinet including
shelves shall be made of 18 mm ply. It will 6 mm th. plywood puthi. For low height
storage the top shall be like additional ¼” ply patta to get 1” thickness . The
storage unit should have 18 mm th. ply openable shutters. It should with all S.S
hinges, towers bolts, powder coated handle, ball catches, S.S approved make
(group lock) multi purpose lock complte. Edges to be finished with teak wood
lipping etc have 18 mm th. ply vertical & horizontal fixed shelves. The top will
have 1"x1" wooden beading on 1 longer side.

Vii MIS. FURNISHING ITEMS

1 PINUP BOARD 2.40 SMT

P & F pinup boards. It consist 12 mm th. soft boards of good density to be
mounted over 12 mm ply. & covered with 3/4” x ¼” beading before putting the
fabric. The soft board will be covered with a plain (Basic rate Rs. 240 /- per mtr.)
from front and edges. Molding of size: 3/4”x1/4” will be fixed on all four sides &
will be finished in melamine polish. (Only soft boards provided other than the
partitions will be measured and soft board made in the partitions will be the part
of the partition)fabric

2 RENOVATION OF visitors sofa 6.00 RMT

Reconditioning of existing sofa by changing Upholstry of Rs.750 per Rmt. Rubber

form ( 40 density sleepwell - 4" thick in seat and 3" thick in back ) to be
provided. Work also involve replacing back cloth and any broken wooden
members, complete lacquer polishing as directed.

Providing and applying Wall paper approved by Architect / Bank's
Engineer having basic price of Rs 120=00 Per Sq.Ft

Vii FALSE CEILING WORK

1 P/F GYPSUM BOARD FALSE CEILLING 30.00 SMT

1 Providing and fixing Gypsum board 12.50 mm thick false ceiling in steps and
design using Original Indian Gypsum board with original GI sheet section of
Gypsteel ULTRA ( Gypsteel Ultra shall be used) supporting system
in line and level. Finishing the surface and applying 3 coats of
Plastic emulsion paint as directed complete. Entire work to be done
as per standard specifications of Saint Gobin Gyproc India.
Note : (1) Rate includes making necessary cut-outs for lighting fixtures (2) Pattas
if any shall be measured in SqM and not in RMt and paid in SqM (3) Only
finished visible surface area shall be measured for payment.
