activism, with 58–67% of adolescents reporting enhanced feelings of acceptance and
community. There is need to implement preventive strategies such as parental control,
literacy, parental oversight, and policy interventions to promote responsible use of social
media.

Identify what more might be interesting to know about the topic you selected that was not studied in

Some of the interesting facts that I would like to explore include the long-term effects of social
media exposure into adulthood. Further, I would like to explore the cultural variations in terms
of how social media impacts this age group. Additionally, I would like to explore the role of
algorithm-driven content in shaping adolescent behavior and mental health.
