Okay! So our topic today is all about force and


motion.
( Students will answer)

So what is force?

FORCE - is a push or pull that can make an


object move.

For example, you have this ball,pull is when


you bring this object towards you while push
is when you move an object away from you.
In humans we used for in our daily lives,for
example hugging your friend, throwing your
garbage,pulling your bag, doing household
chores and even when we walk or run.

There are two types of force


The Contact Force – it happens between
object that touch for example kicking the ball.
And the other one is Non-Contact Force, that
applies to an object without touching, for (Students will answer)
example ,the apple falls from thr tree.
Now when force is applied to an object motion
is produced.

So what is Motion?

MOTION is the change in the positionor


direction of the object. It is a movement from
one place to another, and also every
anactivity we do has motion. So we need
force to change motion. This is why force is
related or had a relationship to each other. For
example if we put this chair into motion,
force will be applied.

Let’s see how motion occurs.


( I will kick the ball) so the motion that is
applied here is movement from one place to
another. Now let’s have another example, this
electric fan. This electric fan is an example of
rotational motion. Even walking or running are
also example of movement from one place to
another.
