PERMISSION FORM
Activity info: The Spring FTX (Field Training Exercise) is an Elemental Training Activity held at Camp
Wright from May 9–11, 2025. Camp Wright is located approximately 2.5 hours north of Edmonton.
Transportation will be provided to and from our LHQ (West Edmonton Baptist Church). Drop-off is at 1800 hrs
on Friday 9, and pick-up is at 1800hrs on Sunday11th. This activity will train cadets in Air Crew Survival and
can be likened to “Extreme Camping”. They will learn Fire building, shelter building, snares, signals, and much
more. Although most cadets will be staying in Cabins, most of this activity will be held outside.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS YEAR SLEEPING BAGS WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE CADET PROGRAM
AND DO NOT NEED TO BE BROUGHT BY INDIVIDUALS.

All meals are provided to Cadets in the form of Military Rations, or “MRE’s”. There will be some other food
provided such as Hotdogs/veggie dogs, fruit cups, cookies, and other snacks. If your Cadet has any dietary

Commanding Officer, [email protected]. No Non-Prescription medication will be provided by the Squadron
