HR Management
• Initiate recruitment process upon request from relevant programme sector or department, and with the
approval from relative Focal.
• Ensure adherence of HR recruitment policies, follow best practices, and provide inputs for revisions and
updates.
• Advertise, conduct initial screening of CVs, and communicate with hiring committee, relevant team.

needs.
