1. That the above noted case is pending for adjudication before this
Hon’ble court and fixed for today.
2. That the accused is the law-abiding citizen and has the utmost faith
in the law.
3. That the Hon’ble court had issued the bailable warrant against the
accused on last date of hearing, but the reason for which the
accused could not put their appearance before this Hon’ble court
was, that the accused never received any notice of this present case
till date and due to this accused was not aware of the present
proceedings. Further accused do not have any knowledge in respect
of the matter and hence accused could not make it to attend before
this Hon’ble court and therefore the present warrant got issued
against them.
4. That now by this warrant this accused got knowledge of this
proceedings and therefore the accused is present today before this
court. That the non-appearance of the accused was neither
intentional nor deliberate but for the above said reason and the
accused pleads for the bona fide on his part as he failed to attend
the proceedings in spite of best efforts.
