who shall for all intents and purposes herein be entitled to release and take delivery of the Goods under the stated Bill of Lading.

I/We confirm that the release of the Goods to the Agent shall constitute proper delivery, as if I/We were personally present and acting
therein.

I/We renounce my/our right and/or any claim to the Goods and hereby indemnify and hold the Namibian Ports Authority, its officers,
employees and/or its duly authorised agents (“the Authority”) harmless against any and all claims and/or liability and/or damages and/or
costs of whatsoever nature arising out of or in connection with the performance of the foregoing, which the Consignee may incur as a result
of the Authority acting pursuant to this Power of Attorney.
