Lease Agreement

This One Page Lease Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into on
_______________________________________ (the “Effective Date”), by and between
________________________, with an address of ________________, (hereinafter referred to as
the “Tenant”) and ________________, with an address of ________________, (hereinafter
referred to as the “Landlord”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”).

1. Property
The Tenant will lease the following property from the Landlord:

2. Term and Compensation


This Agreement shall commence on ____________ and shall continue until _____________. After
this period, it will not automatically renew for a new term. The tenant is required to pay a monthly

3. Utilities
The Tenant is responsible for paying all utilities and services during the lease period.

5. Maintenance and repair

by mutual written consent of the parties at any time.
