IBS Remarks

Cable directly connected to pump without using junction


box. Please use proper ways.

As per last communication, the belt replacement has


been done due to the improper alignment the oil
collection is not efficient.

Currently roto meter had been replaced still not identified


the RCA for the core issue which affecting/ reducing the
water flow from CCT to UF.

Concerns were raised during the DLP period; hence the


replacement can be done as a part of DLP services.
Requesting expected closure date

Water entry possible and which will damage the box as


well it is unsafe for operator.

Flow directions need to reduce the confusions when


tracing the lines.

Air Blower # 2 taken out for services on 7th March - not

It’s a heavey Manhole and we request several times to change the


manhole with light duty type. Operator need to check the flow, tank
