Please find herewith enclosed Sets of Plan submitted by you pertaining to the proposed building,
duly approved, subject to the following conditions:-

1. Building should be constructed in accordance with the Sanction plan or Approved Plan

2. All boundary stones should be properly preserved and kept in good condition during the period of construction of building.

3. Final working drawings may be submitted after construction of building which should be according to the approved plan.

4. Any construction or additions and alternations shall not be carried out without permission of KIADB.

5. You should make necessary arrangement for rain water harvesting, and ground water recharging in the Plot allotted in
consultation with ecology and environment department or its consultants.

6. ETP plants should be compulsorily set up by Hotel Industries, Hospitals where intensive water usage is required besides re-
cycling of used water for washing and flushing etc.,

7. To compulsorily re-cycle the water in industrial units which employees more than 500 persons.

8. IT, ITES & BT and service related industries should compulsorily provide basement/multi storied vehicle parking.

9. You are hereby instructed to take the Commencement Certificate from this office at plinth level without fail.

10. After completion of building successfully, you are requested to apply for the Occupancy Certificate and obtain it.

11. Building should be constructed without violation of any setbacks stipulated by the local authorities.

12. Ensure that all natural valleys, valley zone, irrigation tanks and existing roads leading to villages in the said land should not be
disturbed in compliance of the CDP and also you should leave buffer zone from the tank boundary line as per norms prescribed
by KSPCB. Prescribed Buffer Zone as shown to you at site should not be encroached.
13. Adhere to the terms & conditions stipulated in the deed of lease/sale executed by you with the Board.

14. Obtain all necessary clearances as applicable from all statutory authorities and produce the same on demand from Board.

15. You have to obtain NOC from Factories and Boilers Department.

16. You have to obtain Environmental Clearance from MOEF or the Department of Forest Ecology and Environment, Government of
Karnataka if applicable.

17. The company shall take statutory and other necessary clearance from competent authority including Government of India, if
applicable.

18. The natural sloping pattern of the project site shall remain unaltered and the material hydrology of the area be maintained as it
is to ensure natural flow of storm water.

19. The company shall not engage the child labour and shall adhere to the labour law of state central Government.

20. The Board is not responsible for any damages/ losses/ litigation/theft/loss of life etc., in implementing the said project.

21. This approved License is valid up to 26 Apr 2030

22. You have to submit the drawings for the remaining area of 0.00 %.

23. You are not permitted to drill any Bore Well in the Plot as per the terms and Conditions of Lease Agreement.

24. You should make proper toilet facilities to the laborers during construction without fail.

25. You are requested to make arrangement to grow more trees along the boundary of plot.

26. You are also requested to keep available approved plan at site.

27. You are requested to get the construction drawings certified by PUNIL KUMAR M P (KIADB/Str.Engr/042/2021-22) , who has
issued the Structural Stability Certificate.
