ANNEXURE – APARTMENT SPECIFICATIONS

STRUCTURE

 R.C.C Framed Structure & Superior Solid Concrete Block Masonry


 All internal walls will be smoothly plastered.

MAIN DOOR & Pooja Door

 Teak wood door & Door frame.


 Polish - Melamine polish on both sides of the main door.
 Hardware - Premium quality chrome finished hardware.

OTHER DOOR AND WINDOWS

 Frame- SAL / HONNE wood door frame.


 Shutter-BWP Flush doors.
 MS Railing- Enamel paint.
 Hardware - Premium quality Stainless steel finished hardware.
 Balcony Doors - Living room and bedrooms will be provided with
UPVC sliding doors with mesh or flush doors after approval of FIRST
PARTY.
 Windows - UPVC sliding windows with Mesh & safety Grills.

PLUMBING:

 All plumbing lines of ASTREL / SUPREME CPVC pipes


 All plumbing lines shall be pressure tested

FLOORING:

 Living, Dining, Family, Kitchen & Bed Rooms - Designer high quality,
Double Glazed vitrified tile flooring size 2x2.

 Providing & fixing kitchen under counter storage unit with 19mm
waterproof ply finished with laminate from both inside & outside.

 Power- unit will be provided with individual 3-phase energy meter
with load of 3KW for 2 BHK each units & 5 KW for 3 BHK units.
 Switches-Elegant designer modular electrical switches of reputed
make.
 ELCB-For safety one ELCB will be provided for each unit.
 Voice, Data & TV points, 1 in each Bedroom & living room.
 AC points- split AC power point in all the BR’s.
 Kirloskar or equivalent brand Generator backup for common areas &
lift.
 Shared electric & water meter for common area lighting / Lift, water
lifting motor & BWWSB.
INTERIORS:

 Wardrobes provided with maximum 3 door shutters of 7ft high & loft
storage above 7ft up-to roof made of 19mm thick commercial
plywood with 12mm thick backing finished with approved color
laminate from inside & outside.
 Hinge type wardrobe shutters with Hettich or equivalent fittings &
SS finish handles.
 Provide Drawers inside the wardrobe with necessary shelves.
 Plywood will be of the brand Century, Woodland, Marino or
equivalent.

LIFT:
 Ceiling & walls with tractor emulsion.
 Exterior with APEX paints.
 Room door frames, shutters & window grills are painted with enamel
Paint.

LIFT:
 6 passenger lift of TEKNIX / THOMSON / SURYA equivalent.

WATER CONSERVATION:
 Rain Water Harvesting system for washing & recharging ground
water levels.
