ANNEXURE – APARTMENT SPECIFICATIONS

STRUCTURE

 R.C.C Framed Structure & Superior Solid Concrete Block Masonry


 All internal walls will be smoothly plastered.

MAIN DOOR & Pooja Door

 Teak wood door & Door frame.


 Polish - Melamine polish on both sides of the main door.
 Hardware - Premium quality chrome finished hardware.

OTHER DOOR AND WINDOWS

 Frame- SAL / HONNE wood door frame.


 Shutter-BWP Flush doors.
 MS Railing- Enamel paint.
 Hardware - Premium quality Stainless steel finished hardware.
 Balcony Doors - Living room and bedrooms will be provided with
UPVC sliding doors with mesh or flush doors after approval of FIRST
PARTY.
 Windows - UPVC sliding windows with Mesh & safety Grills.

PLUMBING:

 All plumbing lines of ASTREL / SUPREME CPVC pipes


 All plumbing lines shall be pressure tested

 Wardrobes provided with maximum 3 door shutters of 7ft high & loft
storage above 7ft up-to roof made of 19mm thick commercial
plywood with 12mm thick backing finished with approved color
laminate from inside & outside.
 Hinge type wardrobe shutters with Hettich or equivalent fittings &
SS finish handles.
 Provide Drawers inside the wardrobe with necessary shelves.
 Plywood will be of the brand Century, Woodland, Marino or
equivalent.

LIFT:
 Ceiling & walls with tractor emulsion.
