In light of letter no. 2526, dated 18.02.2016 of the General Administration Department,
Bihar, the total number of posts reserved (2%) for the
grandson/granddaughter/maternal grandson/maternal granddaughter of such
freedom fighters of the state who have been sanctioned pension by the Center.

person (Advt. No.-06/2022), 01 vacancy of Unreserved (01) category is admissible for
deaf-mute disabled.
2. Pay Scale: Pay Level-7 (44900-142400/-)
3. Educational Qualification: Graduation degree from a recognized university. It is
mandatory for the applicant to hold a graduation degree by the last date
prescribed for receipt of application. 4. Age Limit - Minimum 21 years as on
01.08.2025 and maximum 37 years for Unreserved (Male), Backward
Class/Extremely Backward Class (Male & Female) and Unreserved Female 40
years & Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (Male & Female) 42 years. The age of
superannuation retirement is 60 years.
Note:- As a result of contractual employment, relaxation in the maximum age limit will be given
for a period equivalent to the period of work done on the same post.
Any part of a working year will also be included in this.
For this purpose, work experience will be calculated up to the cut-off date 01.08.2025, which
should not exceed the maximum age of 60 years as on 01.08.2025.
In case of claiming relaxation in the maximum age limit, the period of contractual service will
be determined on the basis of the salary payment certificate issued by the concerned
controlling officer.
(i) In light of letter no. 212, dated 23.01.2006 of the Department of Personnel and
Administrative Reforms, Bihar, such candidates who are eligible on the basis of the
above-mentioned maximum age limit from 01.08.2023 to 01.08.2025, will also be eligible for
the present advertisement, provided they fulfill other qualifications and the candidature of
candidates retiring during the appointment process will not be considered.

(ii) In light of Resolution Memo No. 2374, dated 16.07.2007 of the Department of Personnel
and Administrative Reforms, Bihar, and Resolution Memo No. 22218, dated 12.12.2022 of the
General Administration Department, a relaxation of 05 (five) years is admissible for regular
government servants of Bihar, but the permission to appear in the competitive examination
during the said age limit relaxation period will be given only when they have not availed a
maximum of 05 (five) opportunities by then.
Government servants of Bihar claiming age relaxation will be required to submit a certificate
issued by the competent authority.
(iii) In light of Resolution Memo No. 962, dated 22.01.2021 of the General Administration
Department, Bihar, in addition to the maximum age limit, a relaxation of 10 years in the
maximum age limit is admissible for disabled persons.
In case of claiming, it will be mandatory to submit a certificate issued by the competent
authority.
They will ensure that the certificate is valid till the last date of application.
(iv) In light of the letter from the General Administration Department, ex-servicemen will be
given a relaxation of 03 (three) years plus the equivalent of the period of service rendered in
the defense service, provided that their actual age on the date of application is not more than
57 years.
Ex-servicemen claiming age relaxation will be required to submit the relevant certificate.
5. Selection Process:- The examination will be conducted in two stages. In the first stage, a
Preliminary Competitive Examination will be organized.
Successful candidates in the preliminary examination will be invited to apply separately for the
Main Competitive Examination in due course.
In case of any discrepancy in the information given in the application for the preliminary and
main examination, the applicant may be debarred from appearing in the main examination.
A. Preliminary Examination:-
(i) There will be one paper of General Knowledge in the Preliminary Examination.
The subject of the examination and the number of questions will be as follows:-
(a) General Studies - Number of questions will be 50.
(b) General Science and Mathematics - Number of questions will be 50.
(c) Mental Ability Test - Number of questions will be 50.
All questions will be objective and multiple choice. Each question will be of 01 (one) mark.
(ii) The duration of the examination will be 2 hours 15 minutes.
(iii) The medium of the question paper in the General Knowledge Preliminary Examination will
be Hindi/English.
If there is any difference between the Hindi and English question papers, the English
questions will be considered valid.
(iv) The preliminary examination will be book-based, i.e., candidates can bring books with
them if they wish.
Only one book will be allowed for each section.
Candidates can carry a maximum of three books (i) one for General Knowledge (ii) one for
Mathematics and (iii) one for General Science into the examination hall.
Only N.C.E.R.T/B.S.E.B/I.C.S.E and other board Text Books will be valid.
Guides related to any subject, photocopies of any book or handwritten notes will not be
allowed in the examination hall.
Before entering the examination hall, candidates must clearly write their name and roll number
on the permissible book.
Exchange of books in the examination hall is strictly prohibited.
(v) The syllabus for the preliminary examination will be as follows:-
Section (a):- General Studies:- The objective of the questions in this section will be to test the
candidate's general awareness of the environment around him/her and his/her ability in
relation to its application in society.
Questions related to current events and subtle observation of day-to-day happenings and
scientific perspective on such matters, about which any educated person is expected to have
knowledge, will also be included.
In this, questions may be asked as far as possible regarding the following:-
(i) Current Affairs:- Scientific progress, national/international awards, Indian languages, books,
sports-players, important events,1 etc.
(ii) India and its neighboring countries:- History of neighboring countries, History of India,
Culture, Geography, Economic scenario, Freedom movement,2 Main features of Indian
agriculture and natural resources & Constitution and Polity of India, Political system of the
country, Panchayati Raj,3 Community development,4 Five Year Plan & National movement.
Section (b):- General Science and Mathematics: In this, questions related to the following
subjects, generally of matriculation level, may be asked as far as possible -
(i) General Science:- Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Geography.
(ii) Mathematics:- Questions related to number system, computation of whole numbers,
decimal and fraction, relationship between numbers, fundamental arithmetical operations,
percentage, ratio and proportion, average, interest and profit and loss.

Section (c):- Mental Ability Test:- In this, both verbal and non-verbal types of questions can
be asked.
In this component, questions related to the following may be asked as far as possible:-
Analogy, similarity and difference, space visualization, problem solving, analysis, visual
memory, discrimination, observation, relationship concepts,5 arithmetical reasoning,
arithmetical number series and coding and decoding.
B. In light of Resolution No. 2374, dated 16.07.2007 of the Department of Personnel and
Administrative Reforms, Bihar, and Resolution No. 962, dated 22.01.2021 of the General
Administration Department, it will be mandatory to obtain minimum qualifying marks of 40
(forty) percent for the general category, 36.5 (thirty-six and a half) percent for the backward
class, 34 (thirty-four) percent for the extremely backward class, and 32 (thirty-two) percent
for scheduled caste/scheduled tribe/women and disabled candidates in the preliminary
examination.
> For satisfactory service rendered per year by the candidate previously on a contractual
basis, a maximum of 5 marks per year, up to a maximum of 25 marks, will be given preference
(for a fraction of any year, the proportional marks obtained by multiplying the number of
working days by 5 and then dividing by 365 will be added).
The period of contractual service will be determined on the basis of the salary payment
certificate issued by the concerned controlling officer.
For this, the period up to the last date for filling the online application - 23.06.2025 will be
calculated for work experience.
Note:- (i) However, the benefit of relaxation in the said age limit and preference in
appointment on the basis of work experience will be given only in regular appointment to the
post on which work has been done under contractual employment.
(ii) The above facilities will be admissible only to duly employed contractual personnel in light
of Resolution Memo No. 1003, dated 22.01.2021.
These facilities will not be applicable in respect of illegal appointments, daily wage workers
and services obtained from external service providers.
(iii) In light of letter no. 12956, dated 16.08.2024 of the General Administration Department, in
the course of regular appointment, contractually employed personnel on the same post will be
given the benefit of relaxation in the maximum age limit and preference of marks on the basis
of work experience in both stages of the recruitment competitive examination, i.e., preliminary
and main examination.
(iv) In light of Resolution Memo No. 2374, dated 16.07.2007 of the Department of Personnel
and Administrative Reforms, Bihar, and Resolution Memo No. 962, dated 22.01.2021 of the
General Administration Department, the marks for contractual preference will be added only
after obtaining the prescribed minimum qualifying marks for the preliminary examination and
the main examination.
(v) The number of candidates to be selected for the main examination on the basis of the
marks obtained in the preliminary examination and the marks obtained in the contractual
preference will be ten times the total notified vacancies.
All candidates obtaining the same cut-off marks category-wise will be selected for the main
examination.
C. Candidates who have been debarred from examinations for a specified period in cases of
misconduct by the Union Public Service Commission/Bihar Public Service Commission/Bihar
Staff Selection Commission/Other Selection Commissions will not be entitled to appear in the
Preliminary Competitive Examination.
The decision of the Commission on the point of eligibility or ineligibility of candidates to
appear in the examination will be final.
D. Main Examination - There will be two papers for the main examination:-
(a) Paper 1 Subject: General Hindi
(i) The questions for this examination will be objective and multiple choice.
(ii) The qualifying mark in Hindi subject is 30 percent, which is compulsory, but it will not be
counted for the purpose of the merit list.
Candidates who do not obtain 30 percent marks in this subject, their second paper of the
main examination, General Knowledge (Main) (Paper-2), will not be evaluated and they will not
be considered qualified in the main examination.6
(iii) The medium of language in Paper-1 examination will be Hindi.
(iv) The total number of questions in this subject will be 100. Each question will carry 01 (one)
mark.
(v) The duration of the examination will be 2 hours 15 minutes.
(b) Paper 2: Subject - General Knowledge
(i) The questions for this examination will be objective and multiple choice.
(ii) In Paper 2 General Knowledge, the subject and number of questions will be as follows:-
(a) General Studies - Number of questions will be 50.
(b) General Science and Mathematics - Number of questions will be 50.
(c) Mental Ability Test - Number of questions will be 50.
(iii) The medium of the question paper in the General Knowledge Main Examination will be
Hindi/English.

All questions in this paper will be of the secondary level of the Bihar School Examination
Board.
The questions in this examination will be related to testing the ability of clear and precise
expression of thoughts in Hindi language, and सहज बोधशक्ति (easy comprehension).
It will include questions on Hindi language and grammar related to sentence, clause, phrase,
word, letter and visarga, sandhi, noun, number, pronoun, adjective, adverb,
synonyms/antonyms, common Hindi idioms and proverbs etc.
Paper-2: Subject-General Knowledge
Section (a):- General Studies: The objective of the questions in this section will be to test the
candidate's general awareness of the environment around him/her and his/her ability in
relation to its application in society.
Questions relating to current events and minute observation of day-to-day happenings and
scientific aspects of such matters as are expected to be known by any educated person will
also be included.
In this, questions may be asked as far as possible regarding the following:-
(i) Current Affairs:- Scientific progress, national/international awards, Indian languages, books,
sports-players, important events,7 etc.

F. In light of Resolution No. 2374, dated 16.07.2007 of the Department of Personnel and
Administrative Reforms, Bihar and Resolution No. 962, dated 22.01.2021 of the General
Administration Department, it will be mandatory to obtain minimum qualifying marks of 40
(forty) percent for the general category, 36.5 (thirty-six and a half) percent for the backward
class, 34 (thirty-four) percent for the extremely backward class and 32 (thirty-two) percent
for scheduled caste/scheduled tribe/women and disabled candidates in the main examination.
G. Merit List:- The category-wise merit list will be prepared solely on the basis of marks
obtained in the main examination and the preference obtained for work experience on a
contractual basis for the same post.
Note:- There is no provision for re-evaluation for the Preliminary and Main examination under
this advertisement.
6. Reservation:-
(i) If reservation is not claimed in the indicated column of the online application form, the
benefit of reservation will not be available at any stage/phase of the examination, and the
benefit of reservation will be admissible only according to the prevailing reservation rules of
the State Government and on the basis of the certificate issued by the competent authority of
the State Government.
(ii) The benefit of reservation will be given only to those candidates whose permanent
residence is in Bihar State, i.e., who are natives of Bihar.
Candidates residing outside Bihar State will not be entitled to the benefit of reservation.
The permanent address given in the application will be considered as the permanent
residence for reservation purposes.
For the said reservation, candidates will have to compulsorily submit a permanent residential
certificate.
(iii) (A) Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates will be required to submit the
following certificates:-
(a) Caste Certificate
(b) Permanent Residence/Domicile Certificate
(B) Backward Class and Extremely Backward Class candidates will be required to submit a
non-creamy layer certificate.
In the case of Backward Class and Extremely Backward Class; a non-creamy layer certificate
issued by the Revenue Officer/Circle Officer notified at the circle level by the State
Government of their permanent residence circle will be valid.

It will be mandatory to do Yes in the scribe requirement column of the online application.
(vii) In light of letter no. 2342, dated 15.02.2016 of the General Administration Department,
Bihar, 35 percent horizontal reservation will be admissible to women as per the vacancies
mentioned in this advertisement.
(viii) In light of letter no. 2526, dated 18.02.2016 of the General Administration Department,
Bihar, 2% horizontal reservation as per the vacancies mentioned in this advertisement will be
admissible to the grandson/granddaughter/maternal grandson/maternal granddaughter of
such freedom fighters of the state who have been sanctioned pension by the Center.
Candidates claiming such reservation must have a certificate (of being the
grandson/granddaughter/maternal grandson/maternal granddaughter of a former freedom
fighter) in the prescribed format attached with letter no. 11687, dated 30.08.2016 of the
General Administration Department, Bihar, issued under the signature of the District
Magistrate of their home district or an officer authorized by them, at the time of application
(an identity card of being the heir of a freedom fighter is not valid).
(ix) In light of the provision contained in Memo No. 16144, dated 28.11.2012 of the General
Administration Department, no amendment can be made in the process of
appointment/promotion/nomination.
If all the above reservation related certificates are not presented in original at the time of
verification in the Commission's office, the benefit of reservation will not be admissible.
All desired certificates must be issued by the last date for filling the online application for the
preliminary examination - 23.06.2025.
Certificates issued after the last date of application will not be valid.
If, according to the circumstances, the last date of application is extended, then any last date
related to eligibility will not be extended or affected by it.
Note:- (a) In the course of online application, certain information is taken from the candidates
only for database maintenance.
If any kind of exemption related to the said information is not mentioned in the advertisement,
then its claim will neither be valid nor13 will its benefit be admissible.
The information/condition/details/any kind of exemption mentioned in the advertisement will
be considered final.
(b) Candidates will be required to present the original copies of the following certificates
issued by the competent authority for verification at the time of document verification in the
Commission's office -
(i) Matriculation certificate (for proof of date of birth).
(ii) Graduation degree certificate (issued by the competent authority as per clause-3
educational qualification of the advertisement).
(iii) For contractually employed personnel to avail the benefit of relaxation in maximum age
limit and preference of marks on the basis of work experience, an experience certificate
issued by the concerned controlling officer on the basis of salary payment certificate for the
period of service rendered on the same post on contract basis in the Government of Bihar,
clearly mentioning the period of service.
(iv) Non-creamy layer certificate for Backward Class/Extremely Backward Class candidates
(Non-creamy layer certificate issued14 in the father's name and address for female
candidates)
(v) Caste and permanent residence certificate for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe
candidates (Caste and permanent residence certificate issued in the father's name and
address for female candidates).
(vi) Permanent residence certificate issued in the father's name and address for female
candidates of the unreserved category who are permanent residents of Bihar state (in case of
claiming fee exemption/concession).
(vii) Applicants claiming Economically Weaker Section (EWS), the relevant certificate issued by
the competent authority in the prescribed proforma in light of Notification No.-2622,
dated-26.02.2019 of the Government of Bihar.
(The said certificate should be valid at the time of application).
(viii) In case of claiming disability, a valid certificate issued by the competent authority in the
prescribed proforma.
(ix) According to letter no. 10668, dated 29.06.2022 and letter no. 2568, dated 11.02.2025 of
the General Administration Department, Government of Bihar, in case of disabled candidates
claiming scribe and other facilities, a certificate issued by the competent authority in
Schedule-I attached with the above notification and an affidavit in Schedule-II.
(x) In case of claiming age relaxation for government servants of Bihar, a certificate issued by
the competent authority.
(xi) In case of claiming age relaxation for ex-servicemen, the relevant certificate.

candidates do not present reservation, disability and permanent residence certificate of Bihar
state or if any doubt arises thereon, they can be disqualified on the basis of concessional
examination fee.
Disabled candidates, Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe and women candidates of all
categories are informed in this regard that if they voluntarily deposit the examination fee as
per general candidates, their candidature will remain safe on this point.
Candidates can decide on this themselves.
8. Dates and other instructions related to filling the online application form are as
follows:-

(iv) Necessary (detailed) instructions related to filling the online application are displayed on
the official website of the Commission www.bpsc.bihar.gov.in.
Candidates should study the said instructions thoroughly before filling the online application
and enter all information correctly and clearly while filling the online application.
9. Procedure for Online Application:-
A. One Time Registration (OTR)
(i) To apply online for various examinations of BPSC, it is mandatory to do One Time
Registration (OTR) on the Bihar Public Service Commission website
https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in.
(ii) To do OTR, the candidate will click on the New user Registration Button.
(iii) The said OTR will be valid for all advertisements to be published by the Commission in the
future.
(iv) OTR is not an application for any examination.
It is only to collect information from applicants and to give each applicant a separate
dashboard to maintain their profile.
(v) A valid active email ID and mobile number are mandatory for OTR.
Check your email OTP in your email's Inbox or Spam.
(vi) Candidates who want to apply online for any examination advertised by BPSC will have to
use the password given in OTR.
(vii) More than one OTR registration is not allowed. This may lead to rejection/cancellation of
your application.
(viii) Candidates who have previously done One Time Registration (OTR) while applying
through the online portal will also ensure to complete the OTR process afresh on the new
portal.
(ix) To access the online application dashboard, the candidate will use their mobile no./email
ID.

Note:-
(i) There will be no provision for changing and correcting the candidate's name, father's name,
mother's name, gender, Aadhaar and date of birth filled during OTR.
(ii) The applicant will be required to compulsorily upload the necessary documents for
applying, which can be uploaded through the Digilocker Account.
B. INSTRUCTIONS FOR DIGILOCKER ACCOUNT:-
(i) As soon as the OTR process is completed, the Meri Pehchan Portal of Digilocker will open.
Candidates who have a Digilocker Account will have to sign in by giving consent of the
Digilocker Account to OAMS, and if the applicant does not have a Digilocker Account, they
can create a Digilocker Account by signing up as a New User and complete the further
process by giving consent of Digilocker to OAMS.
(ii) If the applicant has already uploaded documents on Digilocker and has given access to
OAMS, they can directly link those documents from there with OAMS.
(iii) If the applicant does not want to proceed through the Digilocker Portal, then after clicking
the Back (←) Button of the Browser, the Online Application Portal will open.
Complete the further process by entering Login Credentials on the Online Application Portal.
C. INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROFILE CREATION:-
There are six steps for profile creation.
They are as follows:-
Step 1: Personal Information

Step 1: Personal Information In this step, the applicant will have to fill some mandatory
information, such as their own caste and category details (UR, EWS, BC, EBC, SC & ST).
The applicant will have to provide information related to any disability, sports details,
ex-serviceman, NCC cadet, government employee.
Finally, the applicant will have to click on the save button.
Step 2: Address Information In this step, the applicant will have to fill their permanent address,
such as their address, state, district and pin code.
Then the applicant will have to provide the correspondence address. If the permanent
address is the same as the correspondence address, the applicant can click on Same as
Above.
Finally, the applicant will have to click on the save button.
Step 3: Other Information In this step, if there are any details of ongoing criminal proceedings
or conviction against the applicant, it has to be filled.
Finally, the applicant will have to click on the save button.
Step 4: Qualification Information In this step, the applicant will have to enter the details of
their educational qualification.
The applicant can provide information from at least 10th and 12th onwards.
In this step, educational qualification (to be selected from the options available in the
drop-down), name of educational qualification, subject, state, board/university, status of
educational qualification (Completed or Appearing), date of passing of educational
qualification, attempt, marks obtained, total marks, percentage (according to the university
where the applicant studied), number of academic months, class or category, mode (Distance
or Regular), compulsory subject, optional subject, seat or roll number and year of passing will
have to be entered.
After completing the details of one qualification, ensure to save by clicking on the Add button.
Finally, the applicant will have to click on the save button.
Step 5: Experience Information In this step, if the applicant has any relevant work experience,
they will have to click on Yes, otherwise click on No.
If the applicant chooses Yes, then the applicant will have to enter details of their work
experience (current/previous), type of employment, department where they are/were
employed, name of the institution under the Bihar Government, designation, grade pay, basic
salary and from which date they are employed.
After filling the complete details of one work experience, ensure to save by clicking the Add
button.
Finally, the applicant will have to click on the save button.
Step 6: Photo & Signature & Profile Lock: In this step, the applicant will need a web camera,
through which they will capture their live photo, after which the applicant will have to upload
one English and one Hindi signature.
The size of the signature photo should not exceed 20kb & Width should be between 150-220
Pixel and Height should be between 250-320 Pixel & then click on Save button.
Finally, the applicant has to click on the check-box to confirm that all the information provided
is correct and then the applicant has to click on Submit and Lock Profile.
Note:-
(i) After clicking on Lock Profile, only after the Profile is Locked, the applicant will see the list
of Active Advertisements under the New Advertisement Tab.
(ii) After the Profile is Locked, if you apply for any advertisement, then no correction/change
will be made in any entry (Details) given in that advertisement.
D. INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW APPLICATION
(i) After the applicant's Profile is Created, all On going/Active Advertisements will be visible in
the New Application Tab, in which after clicking on the View Button, click on Check
Advertisement Criteria and complete the further process & click on Submit & Pay Fees to
complete the Payment process.
(ii) After the Application Form & Payment process is complete, upon clicking the My Account
Tab, the Advertisements applied for by the applicant will be visible, in whose Action Column,
options for Application Form Print, Cancel Application, Pay Now (if Payment has not been
made), Payment History will be available.
(iii) If there is any error in the Application Form of any applicant, they should ensure to Cancel
their application and fill the Application Form afresh.
Note:- No payment will be refunded after cancelling the Application Form.

The Commission will not be responsible for not strictly adhering to the necessary (detailed)
instructions for filling the online application and for any error in the entry made by the
candidate while filling the online application.
Candidature will be cancelled if any discrepancy is found while matching the information filled
in the online application with the original certificate/marksheet.
(iv) The candidate will deposit the online fee only after being satisfied with the name, date of
birth, category, examination fee, etc.
(v) It will be the responsibility of the applicant to keep the E-mail Id and Mobile Number
entered in the online application safe.
They will keep it safe till the publication of the final result. The candidate will enter their own
working mobile number and e-mail ID while filling the online application.
Under no circumstances will the mobile number and e-mail ID of any other person be entered.
(vi) The Commission will not be responsible for internet or banking disruptions.
Therefore, candidates should not wait for the last dates and complete all procedures before
that.
(vii) Candidates should ensure to capture and upload their clear (good) photograph through
Webcam while applying online.
(viii) The candidate will scan their signature in Hindi and English and upload it at the
designated place in the online application.
The candidate should be satisfied that the uploaded image of the Hindi and English signature
is clear.
(ix) Interested candidates appearing in this competitive examination are also instructed to
keep four copies of their updated photograph with them, so that they can be submitted by
them when required or when asked for by the Commission.
E. MY ACCOUNT TAB
(i) If any applicant wants to change their password, the applicant can do so from the option
available in the My Account Tab.
(ii) If the applicant does not want to deposit the examination fee at that time, the applicant
can deposit the fee by the last date of application.
At that time, the applicant will have to go to the My Account Tab, then there is an option to
deposit the fee in that tab.
(iii) Any changes made in the Profile after filling the online application and downloading the
hard copy will not be valid.
(iv) The Commission will not be responsible for any kind of internet disruption/wrong
payment/unsuccessful payment (Unsuccessful Payment/Transaction Status
Failure/Transaction Status Pending) in online payment and the candidate will not be given
additional time for correction.
(v) The applicant should also ensure that the Application Number, Application ID and Bar
Code are printed on every page of the downloaded hard copy of the application.
Even if any one of the Application Number, Application ID and Bar Code is not printed on the
hard copy, the application will not be considered completely filled and the application will not
be acceptable.
(vi) In addition, all certificates related to the advertisement must be downloaded from the My
Account Tab after finally filling the online application and the hard copy must be kept safe.
The Commission will be free to take a decision regarding the eligibility of candidates who do
not comply with the said instructions.
Note:- If the applicant has any complaint regarding filling the OTR and Application Form, they
can give its details in the Grievance Tab.
10. Important Instructions:-
After submitting the finally filled online application, the candidate will again click on the My
Account Tab at the same time, thereafter, on clicking the View Option under Action, the
Application Print option will appear, from where two copies of the filled application must be
downloaded and printed.
A copy of all certificates/documents related to the advertisement must be kept safe.
The candidate will have to definitely present the said hard copy and all related original
certificates when asked for by the Commission at any time or as required.
11. The candidature of the applicant will not be considered confirmed merely by filling the
online application.
The final decision regarding the eligibility of the candidates will be taken on the basis of the
documents submitted by the candidates.
