Personal Profile

I am a professional cocktail bartender / hospitality manager and I am extremely


dedicated to my work. I enjoy my profession and treat it as my career, as well as
my passion. I have the two things in my life that I am happy to push forward and
progress in, these are; my family and my career . I have been in the hospitality
industry for as long as I can remember, as my whole family have been successful in
this field of work. I am keen to follow in my family’s footsteps and at the age of
twenty four, I have proven to be very successful, I have been part of management
teams for various venues eventually running my own establishment and becoming
licensee/ DPS of a late night music venue in the heart of Portsmouth. I am
currently working at Ten Cocktail bar and restaurant in Worthing, where I have
been since its opening. I joined as a cocktail barman and have since progressed to
bar manager, leading onto assistant manager which is my current position.
