Step 9.

Complete Installation
Install the drive flanges and seals. You will need to re-use your drive flange studs.
Install the brake hoses, and brake line adapters as needed to complete the CHE PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS
plumbing. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Repeat installation procedure for other side of vehicle.
Bleed the brakes after both sides are complete.
The supplied wheel spacer will fit over the lugs and take up the thickness that the POWER WAGON DISC BRAKE CONVERSION
stock brake drum occupied.

NOTE: Installation photos show knuckle removed from vehicle for clarity
only. Removal of the knuckle is not required for installation. Photos show

Step 1. Raise and Support the Vehicle


Raise and support the axle, place jack stands under the axle ensuring proper

Remove the stock brake drums, hubs, and brake backing plates.
