This is to signify our intent to join and compete in the Search for Outstanding Campus Integrity
Crusaders in Western Visayas (Region VI) for SY 2024-2025. In this regard, respectfully submitted is the
Consolidated Report on the implementation of our CIC-enrolled Project entitled “Project GRACE:
Guiding Responsible Actions for Campus Empowerment” (name of Project) with the General
Objective of promoting responsible student leadership and ethical behavior by implementing values-
driven, inclusive, and service-oriented activities that empower learners to become proactive agents
of positive change within the school and the broader community.
