We are following agile processes in the agile process we have every two weeks
print in thats 2 weeks print our scrum master sends stories to us based on the
priority we will work on the user stories developing in the dev after that we will
take the code review with our prayers we will move it to test environment after
that with the help of change we can deploy those development to the production
environment everyday we have a stand up call in that stand up call we will discuss
what are going to work what is the development what are the blockers that's it. we
have also have operations in Incident first we need to check and we need to close
those also
>> In Mainly ITSM mainly I have developed in Incident, problem, change management
coming to Incident and Problem we are using default ones we did some miner changes
in those like filed modifications, read only mandatory things
and also we have configure notifications on the incident, problem for the full
fillers
coming to change management we did some major changes in change management we are
following application deployment process for that
we have created record producers for application change creation and Updating
changes from portal
mainly we have 3 types of changes but we have added more 3 changes like application
normal, application emergency, application standard
based on the type we have automated the fields as well as flow in the backend
user can submit request based on the requirement it will follow the backend flow in
the change

Friday we have a CAB call before we have to complete all
other approvals like business owners, app source teams
>> we have also working on service catalogs and record producers as per the
requirement and created backend flows for the automation
>> working on SLAs and Acls for the restrictions and times lines for the full
