Activating Your Superhuman Powers
Welcome back to Level Three, Activate, of Project:Yourself. The
corresponding level of the Sri Yantra is called “Agitator of All.” This is
because, when you want something, you literally have to “agitate”
something else to make it happen.

Get ready to discover and access eight more “super powers” that lie
deep within you, most of which you probably never knew existed.
You’ll also be digging into the recesses of yourself and drawing on the
intangible forces that lie within your mind and travel along with your
very breath.

Remember, just as some of the most powerful forces of nature are

invisible, so are the most powerful forces within you. However, since
they are invisible to the naked eye and intangible by nature, they are
sometimes left dormant...just waiting to be activated.

As you’re about to experience, applying and mastering these powers

will yield very TANGIBLE results!

“We are no longer puppets being manipulated by

outside powerful forces: we become the powerful
force ourselves.”
–Leo Buscaglia

Project:Forward
Begin in a comfortable seated position with a straight spine. Remember,
your environment is essential for receiving. Be sure to be in a place where
you feel open and peaceful. This can be where you were in the last level, or
somewhere new... you choose.

Once you feel settled, take a deep breath in as you close your eyes. On the
exhale, begin to let the breath move slowly from belly to chest to throat and
then slowly release it through the nostrils. Take 3 full breaths this way, and
visualize sending the breath to parts of your body that feel tight or strained
such as your lower back, hips and hamstrings. (Pause)

Now inhale fully, filling your whole chest but being mindful of your
shoulders and neck, keeping them relaxed. Exhale with an open mouth and
let all the air out. At the next inhale, let your breath be fluid... breathing in
and out. (Pause)

Begin to let your mind find your avatar again. Let the beauty of your
avatar’s presence become one with your breath. (Pause)

Remember what he/she looks like.

Search your mind for his/her scent.

Your body may begin to relax as you find yourself beside your avatar again.
You may feel a comfort that reminds you of being in a place that feels like
home (Pause)

Let the warmth inside, filling your chest and heart.

At each breath in, set an intention to fully receive the gifts of this third level.
At each breath out, set an intention to be aware and present once you have
received. (Pause)

In this journey with your avatar, we will focus on the eight lotus petals
within the Sri Yantra. Imagine these petals surrounding and encompassing
your mind. (Pause)

These petals represent the 8 siddhis, or powers, you can utilize to stir up and
make what you want happen. You and your avatar will let each of these
petals unfold gracefully.

Anima, smallness.
Laghima, largeness.
Page 5
Garima, heaviness.
Mahima, creativity.
Easatva, godliness.
Vasatva, subjugation.
Praakamya, fulfilling the objective.
Iccha, willfulness.

Imagine these petals, these words, in your focal point, penetrating your
mind’s eye. This is your focus in this level. Your focus on what you need to do
to get what you truly desire.

Looking into your avatar’s eyes, begin to visualize this, what do you desire?
(Pause)

You will find yourself possessing tools in this level that will allow you to
harness the unseen forces of autosuggestion, eating and exercising right,
and even an advanced concept known as Kundalini. (Pause)

As you begin to imagine each of these tools bringing you to your deepest
desires, visualize each of the petals and their powers that reside within
you. Take a deep breath in to find the greatest tool and power you possess.
(Pause)

As you exhale, know that the ultimate power, residing within you, is simply
the power of being yourself. (Pause)

Take one final breath at your own pace, as you gently open your eyes.

Project:Reflections
Reflect back upon your journey through Level 3’s Projecting Forward

Feel the Waves Wash Over You…
It’s time to access your inner Zen-rock star and writer! Take a few
minutes to download the full Element Infusion mp3 music file created
by Niraj Naik, founder of The Alpha Mind System
(www.AlphaMindSystem.com) and a Project:Yourself guest expert. Put
on some headphones if you have them and find a quiet space where
you can kick back and listen uninterrupted.

These Alpha sound waves are tuned to the third chakra which is located
at your solar plexus. Alpha waves have a profound effect on your mind
and body. Listening to this track will help you optimize your entire brain
and help your body go into a relaxed state. This state of being and mind
will enable you to speak directly to your subconscious mind.

Let the sound waves wash over you and trigger this deep, relaxed state
of mind...feel the music. Let it help you to stop thinking with your mind
and more with your senses and instinct.

As you listen to the music, delve deep into the recesses of yourself...
what is it that you fear? What is it that is making you self-conscious? If
you were being completely honest with yourself, what are you scared of
within yourself?

Page 7
Element Infused Reflections

Take 10 minutes and journal about your experience, feelings and

thoughts. While you are reflecting, take advantage of the access you’ve
been given to your subconscious mind and write down five positive “I
AM” statements that counter any fear or uncertainty within you. Make
it a practice to proactively say these statements to yourself every day
while you listen to the music track.

The Power of Level Three: Agitator of All
At this level you will be focusing on the eight lotus petals located in the
inner circle of the Sri Yantra. There are powerful siddhis, or forces within
these petals and within you, laying dormant and waiting to be activated.

These eight petals comprise the part of the Sri Yantra called the “Agitator
of All” that speaks to your “self consciousness.” Each petal within the
image represents a separate “agitator” that is an energy you can access
and harness to activate the powers within you that you can use to create
what you want in life.

Working your way clockwise: 1. Anima (smallness), 2. Laghima (bigness),

3. Garima (heaviness), 4. Mahima (creativity), 5. Easatva (godliness), 6.
Vasatva (subjugation), 7.Praakamya (fulfilling the objective) and 9. Iccha
(willfulness).

Page 11
You can activate and engage each of your eight powers in
the following ways…

• Tap into the power of your “smallness” and allow yourself to be vulnerable
so that you can get to the source of what you really want. Let your “small
self” be heard and be honest and vulnerable with yourself and others.
Picture yourself as small as an atom to create this as your reality.

• The power of your “bigness” lays in having a bigness of heart—for

yourself and others. Step into your big self and take responsibility for
carving out the life you truly desire. Honor your authentic self, imagination
and dreams. Allow others to do the same without judging them. Picture
yourself as big as a building and ultimately as large and expansive as the
Universe.

• Draw on the power of your “heaviness” to stay definite and firm on your
path to getting what you desire. Accessing the power of your heaviness
will help you stay calm, solid and strong. Imagine yourself heavy. Conjure
something you truly want in your mind and put an anchor on it—make it
heavy so that no one can move it or knock it down.

• Access your “creativity” siddhi, or superpower, to help expand and

magnify the direct free-flow of your ideas and actions. Allow creativity
to flow through you without judging, censoring or intervening in any
way. Picture what you truly desire in life, let it expand exponentially and
visualize how you will obtain it.

• Tap into your “godliness” power to move lightly and in harmony with
the world around you. Acting with a subtle lightness of touch and
quiet attention—instead of a heavy hand—has a more powerful effect.
Godliness gives you the courage to move forward and live confidently.
Picture yourself as a highly enlightened being with all the courage in the
world, feeling calm, strong and confident in who you are and what you are
going to do to get what you desire.

• Use the power of “subjugation” to conquer anything that is holding

you back or blocking your actions or forward movement. Picture what is
blocking you and visualize conquering it!

• “Fulfilling the objective” helps to bring your desire into sharp focus and
make it happen in a direct, fast and effective way. Picture what you desire
and visualize that you have already obtained it or achieved it.

• The sheer power of tapping into you’re the strength of your “willfulness”
helps you to move quickly, and with absolute focus, toward getting
what you want. Picture yourself as having all the will in the world to get
anything you desire.

Page 12
Agitating Your New Reality
The reality of changing your life or getting what you want is that you
can’t get something for nothing. You can’t sit about complacently and
expect something to change. When you really desire or want something,
you have to “agitate” or “activate” something else to make it happen.
Again, that’s where the powers of the 8 petals of the Sri Yantra come in.

Take 15 minutes to really dig deep. How can you tap into these
eight powers—smallness, bigness, heaviness, creativity, godliness,
subjugation, fulfilling the objective, and willfulness—to ‘agitate’ or
make what you really want happen? How are you going to agitate your
current reality and pierce a new identity for what you are trying to
create? Write this down.

The Third Chakra
This level is also representative of the third chakra. You can use
the power of the third chakra to tap into your physical and mental
self, where your honor, integrity and power originate. This chakra can
help you regain self-control and become the master of your desires.
When this chakra is balanced and in harmony your knowledge turns to
wisdom and clarity of thought.

Your intuition comes from the third chakra. It’s that “gut feeling” you
get about certain things you do and feel. That “feeling” is very real and
should be paid attention to. Acting as your natural compass, your “gut”
always knows the TRUTH about what you want to create. Tune in and
follow that!

You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect
them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will
somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something - your
gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me
down, and it has made all the difference in my life.

–Steve Jobs

In Real Life
Focusing again on the eight petals, what do you have to do to make
your outcome happen? What do you have to do to accomplish this?
How you can “agitate” and “activate” your current reality? What would
you agitate/activate to make your outcome or your desires reality?

What are five agitation points or things you need to activate so that you
can move forward? Next to each one list two specific steps/things you
need to do or actions you need to take to accomplish each. Be thorough

Page 15
Influence Your Subconscious Mind…
According to Napoleon Hill, mastering autosuggestion (or self-
suggestion) is the key to influencing your subconscious. It’s the
connection between your conscious thoughts and what voluntarily
makes it to your subconscious mind, ultimately influencing your
subconscious actions.

The Origins of Autosuggestion

An apothecary from the late 1800s named Emile Coué established

autosuggestion. Coué believed that our mental state could affect
and even amplify the action of medications. He observed that his
patients who used his mantra-like conscious suggestion could
augment their medication plan.

“Every day, in every way, I’m getting better and better” was what
they said, replacing their “thought of illness” with a new “thought
of cure”! This eventually became known as “The Coué Method.”

Autosuggestion refers to all suggestions and self-directed stimuli that

reach your mind through any of your senses (sight, sound, smell, etc.)
No thought, negative or positive, can enter into your subconscious
without your consent.

Yes, that’s right, YOU have absolute control over what reaches your
subconscious mind, you just have to exercise it! Everything that you
pick up through your senses is first stopped by your conscious, thinking
mind. At that point it is either passed on to your subconscious or
rejected by your own FREE WILL.

It’s important to remember, you can’t just “Think and Grow Rich” or
influence your success by merely thinking about something and then
drawing it to you. Your emotions, feelings and passion have to be
interconnected in order for your subconscious mind to recognize the
thoughts and act upon them.

You will get no appreciable results until you learn to reach your subconscious mind
with thoughts, or spoken words which have been well emotionalized with BELIEF…
Your ability to use the principle of auto-suggestion will depend, very largely, upon
your capacity to CONCENTRATE upon a given DESIRE until that desire becomes a
BURNING OBSESSION.
–Napoleon Hill
Page 17
Putting Autosuggestion to Work For You
Chances are you are probably already practicing autosuggestion to
some extent. You may just not be using it to effectively get what you
desire.

Do you ever hear that little inside voice whispering negative self-talk in
your ear? …Saying things like, “I’m unattractive, I’ll never find someone
to love me, I’ll never get ahead...or be truly wealthy.” If so, it’s time to turn
that around!

Just like your body, your mind needs regular exercise. If you don’t
strengthen your mind regularly, it grows weak and can forget what
you’re capable of.

In the most precious moments of your life, you will become more
human, more uncertain and yet also more alive than ever. These
moments will shred you to pieces if your mind isn’t strong! However, if
you’ve been strengthening your mind, your fear WILL be replaced with
confidence and focus. The LAST thing you need while you are creating
your new reality is a little voice in your head telling you that you can’t do
it.

Take the following steps to put the power of autosuggestion to

work for you:

Write down what it is that you truly desire or want to achieve (As before, be
specific here.)
_____________________________________________________________________
_____________________________________________________________________
_____________________________________________________________________

Create a mantra-like conscious suggestion that will positively bolster the

attainment of your desire or goal.
_____________________________________________________________________
_____________________________________________________________________
_____________________________________________________________________

Look yourself in the mirror…dead in the eye, and say this out loud on a
regular basis—this can be daily, hourly, or any time that negative self-talk
rears its nasty head.

This may feel awkward at first or you may feel like you’re lying to yourself.
That’s okay—just keep saying it. Believe in the words…be the words. Little
by little your subconscious mind will start to believe what you are telling it. It’s
in these moments of self-conviction, that you will live your desire or success

Page 18
Ignite Your Imagination
Your imagination possesses within it the hard-core power of creation…

YOU CAN create ANYTHING

you imagine.

You can create anything that you imagine. You just need to develop and
use your synthetic and creative imagination to give your desires and
actions form.

According to Napoleon Hill, your “synthetic imagination” allows you

to arrange old concepts, ideas or plans into new combinations. It
doesn’t “create” anything, it merely works with all of the experiences,
knowledge and observations you feed it.

This is the imagination that inventors and geniuses typically draw on

to work out specific challenges or problems. Geniuses can, and do,
often cross over into using their creative imagination when they have
exhausted the power of their synthetic imagination.

This is also the imagination that you will most often draw on as you
work towards transforming your intangible DESIRE into tangible reality.
You’re actively using this part of your imagination as you determine and
develop your plan of action.

Unlike the synthetic imagination, your “creative imagination” has

the power to directly communicate with what Napoleon Hill calls
“Infinite Intelligence.” This is the epicenter of where all of your gut
instincts, hunches and inspirations are received. It’s also where new
ideas and even thought vibrations from other people are received.
It’s true—your creative imagination actually allows you to “tune in” or
communicate with the minds of other people.

According to Napoleon Hill, your creative imagination functions ONLY

when your conscious mind is vibrating at a seriously rapid rate, like
when it is stimulated through the powerful emotion of your desire.
Your creative faculty becomes more alert and receptive to all of these
vibrations in proportion to how much you develop and use it.
Page 19
Care and Feeding of Your Imagination

Just as with the muscles in your body, if you don’t use your imagination,
you’ll lose it! There are various ways that you can tend to the “care and
feeding” of both your synthetic and creative imagination.

1.
One very powerful way is through the practice of
Vairagya or Sexual Transmutation. Consistently
focusing on and transmuting your energies into your
desires raises your vibration.

Another way is through Exercise. An active inner and

2. outer life is key to feeding your creative imagination

and output. Your thinking process changes when you
are running, walking, swimming, biking, hiking and
so on. Your imagination vibrates with energy and new
imaginative ideas crystallize when you’re active. You’re
able to connect the dots and problem solve with a
mental flexibility that you don’t have when you’re
idle. Exercise basically clears the cobwebs from your
mind and gives your imagination access to insights
and inspirations that are out of reach when you are
sedentary.

“Imagination rules the world!”

–Napoleon Bonaparte

Page 20
Be Yourself!
As Napoleon Hill so famously said, “Only the man who has found his true
self can know himself, find his best talents and achieve his own high
success.” The message is loud and clear—Be unique! LIVE your own life!

This isn’t always the easiest thing to do, especially considering that
the social pressures of what’s “hip” and “cool” surround you. You’re
bombarded with everything from what to wear, what to drive, what to
eat, where to eat, what to read, what to listen to what to watch.

To get the truth out, go inside.

Going inside yourself, it’s time to realize that YOU are unique in your
own way. You have your own unique message to share with the world. It
could be big or it could be small. There are no parameters around what
you or your message needs to be—your message is YOUR message. You
are unique...just like everyone else on this planet.

It’s time to “Free up” so you can step into yourself and activate your
unique self. No matter where you stand on being yourself, go through
the following exercise to either key into your unique qualities, or in
some cases, to get re-acquainted with your unique inner self:

1. Write down five things that make you different and unique. How do
you view, perceive and do things uniquely?
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
2. Do some social sharing. Share this unique part of yourself via Twitter,
Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google +, YouTube, or other social media
channel. You can do this by sharing quotes, images, book excerpts, songs
or your original thoughts.
3. (Come back 1-2 Weeks Later) How did being your unique self feel? Did
you feel invigorated, stoked...Free? ...or are you still caught up in people’s
expectations and perceptions of you?
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
4. Slowly liberate your REAL SELF (or jump in completely if you want!) How
are you going to create your new best reality if you’re not being your true,
unique and best self?

Page 21
Kundalini Breathing Techniques
You can also grow and expand your powers of creation through
building your breathing along with your meditative strength. Some
of my steadfast favorite practices are the various Kundalini Breathing
techniques...they’re freakin’ powerful! ...So powerful, they can literally
activate your DNA.

“Kundalini” is derived from a Sanskrit word ‘Kundal’ meaning “coiled

up.” Basically, it’s the dormant energy of pure desire that’s present in
three-and-a-half coils at the base of the spine in your Sacrum. The latin,
‘Os Sacrum’, suggests that this is a sacred part of the body. The ancient
Greeks called it the ‘Hieron Osteon’, and, noticing that it was the last
bone to be destroyed when the body is burnt, attributed supernatural
powers to it. Even the Egyptians considered the sacrum to be the seat of
special power.

Kundalini is also called the “Serpent Power” because the three and a
half coils are often compared to that of a snake. When this energy is
dormant, it lays like a coiled snake, with its tail in its mouth, resting at
the base of your body in your root chakra. However, when you activate
the dormant Kundalini energy through yoga and breathing, it flows
freely, in a serpentine pattern, upward through each successive chakra
in your body. This amazing force can lead to an expanded state of
consciousness commonly known as a Kundalini awakening.

Page 23
Did You Know?

The correlation between the power of this

activated Kundalini energy and healing and
medicine is linked as far back as the ancient
Greeks. The Greek god Asclepius, associated
with healing and medicine, wields a serpent-
entwined rod that has continued to be used
as a symbol of medicine and health care in
the around the world.

The Egyptian staff of Osiris (c. 1224 BC)

not only depicts antithetical cobras but
has them rising up to meet at a pinecone
(representative of the pineal gland.)

Kundalini Breathing techniques are a direct, non-stop jet route to

accessing the power that’s just laying coiled up at the base of your
spine. There are a lot benefits to practicing Kundalini. It can…

• Balance your glandular system

• Strengthen the 72,000 nerves in your body
• Expand your lung capacity
• Purify your bloodstream
• Balance your chakras
• Relax your mind, body and soul

Page 24
Breathe Deep

Mastering your breath can literally determine whether you live or die....

Eaten by a Tiger… Not Eaten by a Tiger…

The Choice Is Yours!

Envision that you’re walking through a jungle in the late

afternoon, enjoying the sights and sounds of the birds and the
tree frogs, the breeze, and the light filtering down through the
jungle canopy ...when all of sudden you round the corner and
come face-to-face with a ravenous-looking MAN-EATING TIGER!

What you do next will determine the outcome of this life-or-

death encounter and it all comes down to your breath. Simply
controlling your breath can save your life.

Instead of letting your heart start to pound out of control—a

natural “come-hither-and-eat-me” signal to a hungry tiger—you
can control your breath, thereby keeping your heart rate steady
and change your entire life-situation.

Page 25
Learning to Breathe
You probably learned how to swim, play piano, or even throw a ball
when you were a kid. Shoot, at some point you were first taught to walk.
But I’m curious, were you ever taught to BREATHE? I’d venture to guess,
probably not. Without ever learning how to consciously harness your
breath, you’re missing out...

In order to get you off the path of “tiger-bait” and on the path to
mastering the power of your breath, here’s one of the most applicable
and easy breaths you can master:

Long Deep Breathing

Begin in a relaxed position, seated or even lying down, but being mindful
of keeping the spine long and straight. Take a deep breath in through your
nostrils and then slowly exhale it out through your nostrils as you close your
eyes. Take 3 breaths this way, letting the audible sound of your breath fill
your mind. (pause)

Now, inhale with a deep full breath and slowly move your belly outward,
filling it with air like a balloon, letting your diaphragm naturally move
down, as it creates an expansion in your lungs for this prana, your life force
of breath.

On the exhale, expel all the air out from the belly through the nose. Draw
the naval to the spine to be sure the belly is completely empty.

Take 5 deep breaths this way. This yogic breath is called the Dhirga
Pranayama is the foundation to a deep meditative practice. Notice how
your mind and body feel as you draw the breath in and out. (pause)

At the next inhale, take in the breath the same way as you have been, but
this time, inhale a bit more, expanding your rib cage.

Then on the exhale, let it go from your rib cage, bringing them closer
together, then the belly, allowing your naval to meet the spine again.

Take another 5 breaths this way and as your rib cage expands here, check
in on the length of this inhale, being mindful of keeping your exhale just as
deep and long. (Pause)

At this final dhirga breath, continue with your rib cage expanding, but
this time take in a little more breath to fill the upper chest, and allow your
heart center to rise up to your collarbone and base of your throat. Feel this
Page 26
expansion of heart with your body and mind.

At the exhale, let it go from your chest first, letting your heart sink as your rib
cage meets once again and lastly release air from the belly, bringing naval
to spine. (Pause)

Keeping your eyes closed, let the stillness of your being receive creativity and
calming. Quite often, in a fast paced world, we are accustomed to shallow
breathing patterns. Continuing this practice of 3-part dhirga breath, will
instill a habit of deep breathing that will eventually happen naturally.
(pause)

Gently open your eyes.

What thoughts, emotions, and feelings arose during this exercise?

Exercise is more than just about losing weight to fit into the size of
clothing you want or looking good for another person. It’s about having
a healthy body and a healthy mind...and it’s another amazing tool for
creating everything you want in life.

It doesn’t matter what you decide to do—you can run, walk, swim,
hike, practice yoga, play tennis, weight-lift, do push-ups & sit-ups—the
point is to JUST DO IT. This is where you’re going to keep getting deeper
into creating what you really want by building your intention into your
muscle memory. Try this simple muscle-memory exercise each time
you are exercising:

STEP 1: While you are exercising think of what you specifically

want to create. What is it that you want?

STEP 2: Bring that into your mind and hold it there while you are
exercising.

STEP 3: Doing this while you are working-out increases your

creation skills and builds your intentions and desires into your
muscle memory. You are literally storing information while you
are working out!

A 1-hour workout is only 4% of your day...that’s right, NO

EXCUSES...get out there and exercise!

Eat to Live
It may be overused, but it’s true, “You are what you eat!” Eating what’s
healthy and nourishing for you on a regular basis can be just as
challenging as getting in that daily exercise. But it’s just as important, if
not MORE important to creating what you desire at your core.

There are two types of eating in life—you’re either “living to eat” or

you’re “eating to live.” Living to eat is what can be called recreational
eating. You’re eating just to eat something to keep going, because of
what it tastes like, or just to be sociable. The point here is that you’re
really not being conscious about what you eat.

This kind of eating ends up depleting your body of energy and

nutrients, leaving it a toxic wasteland. You may not see the effects of it
right away, but it will eventually catch up to you and ultimately dampen
your powers of creation.

Being in the “eating to live” camp means eating and drinking things that
nourish, energize and sustain your body AND mind. What you eat affects
you physically, mentally and emotionally. So, why not eat to reflect how
you want to be?

Everybody is going to have different dietary needs, but, in general,

eating meals chock-full of fresh, organic fruits and vegetables works
to sustain your body at the highest level. Their nutritional composition
is unique because, on the cellular level, fruits and vegetables are
composed of vitamins, minerals, protein (amino acids) and enzymes in
their natural form and most effective combination.

This is basically the jet fuel your body

needs to function at its highest level,
as well as to build and rebuild new
cells of every kind—blood cells, brain
cells, heart-muscle cells, lung cells, hair
cells, and so on. Your body uses these
nutrients to literally rebuild our vital
organs, immune system and every cell
in our body.

Eat to live, don’t live to eat.

— Benjamin Franklin

Juice It!
“Juicing” is one of the best ways to “eat to live” as well as one of the
biggest ways to fine-tune your system into a “creation machine.”
Basically, juicing extracts the juice from fresh fruits or vegetables. The
resulting liquid contains most of the vitamins, minerals and plant
chemicals (phytonutrients) found in the whole fruit.

Although it’s also important to eat whole foods for their fiber, juicing
is the most effective way to get nutrients—FAST. Once the fiber’s been
removed from raw fruits and vegetables your body can get nutrition to
the cellular level much faster and expend much less energy assimilating
it.

Did You Know?

You can consume the nutrients from

a whole pound of carrots by drinking
just one 8-ounce glass of carrot
juice, and get that nutrition into your
bloodstream and on the way to your
cells in a matter of minutes.

In reading The China Study, the largest comprehensive study of human

nutrition ever conducted via a partnership between Cornell University,
Oxford University, and the Chinese Academy of Preventative Medicine,
the message is crystal clear—Eat a plant-based diet for health! Read
this or the findings when you get the chance. It’s life changing.

Reawakening Your Third Eye
The pineal gland, also known as your third eye, is the small endocrine
gland in your brain. This small but powerful gland is responsible for
many important functions within you. It…

• Produces several important hormones including melatonin and

dopamine. Melatonin influences sexual development and sleep-
wake cycles and dopamine is the chemical messenger that helps
transmit your brain’s signals.
• Helps to speed up your memory and learning abilities.
• Enhances your creativity, wisdom and intuition.

The pineal gland is a very powerful gateway. Ancient scriptures and

texts say that the pineal glad was ultimately used to travel to other
dimensions and times and for astral projection.

“Living to eat” and consuming unhealthy foods—like sugar, caffeine,

alcohol—and chemicals like fluoride, chlorine, mercury, pesticides
and other toxins, leads to calcification of your pineal gland. When this
happens, your pineal gland shuts down and becomes dormant. Without
a healthy pineal gland, you’re like Superman wearing Kryptonite—your
superhuman capabilities are gone!
Page 32
Unlocking the Hidden Powers of Your Pineal Gland
When you detoxify and decalcify your system, getting rid of all of the
harmful chemicals that have built up, you literally unlock the hidden
power of your pineal gland and regain your superhuman powers! When
your pineal gland is decalcified, you’ll see vast improvements in your
life like, increased clarity, concentration, intuition, decisiveness, insight,
enhanced imagination, and vivid and lucid dreams.

Start decalcifying your pineal gland by simply introducing raw/organic

lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic, oregano and even raw chocolate
into your diet. Also, here’s another recipe from Nutrition Specialist and
Project:Yourself guest expert, Drew Canole, that will aid in unlocking
your superhuman potential by detoxifying your pineal gland.

Studies have shown

that certain foods can
even help boost your
cognitive function and
moods. Your stomach
is home to about 100
trillion bacteria, so
it makes sense that
disrupting or supporting
this environment could
ultimately affect the
mind. For example,
Oatmeal is a complex
carbohydrate that causes
the brain to produce
serotonin, or the “feel
good hormone” and
Chocolate promotes
brain function and
fosters the release
of mood-enhancing
endorphins. And these
are just a few examples!

So, before you take in your next drink or meal, ask yourself…

“Am I living to eat...or am I eating to LIVE?”

Project:Work—Activate Your Kundalini Energy
Now I am going to once again take you through a very powerful
Project:Work. Here you will be activating your Kundalini energy by
using the power of “Spiral Breathing.” Like all of the other project:work
exercises, don’t let this be an isolated event...take this practice and
incorporate it daily, using it anytime you want to give your creation
powers a boost or strengthen your mind and body’s influence over new
reality.

While reflecting about what you would like to fulfill in your life, this is a
wonderful breathing exercise.

Start in a seated, cross-legged position with spine straight and long. Close
your eyes and inhale deeply through your nostrils. As you exhale through
your nostrils, imagine a force of energy in front of you as a golden spiral.
Inhale and exhale again, letting this spiral come closer and closer to your
body.

Visualize and turn 3-D as you draw the spiral on your belly, around your
stomach.

Begin to see your stomach as this spiral, this central force. Let the breath
become one with this internal spiral. (pause)

Envision what you want to create within this spiral as it starts to come out
of your belly button, where creation of your life began when connected to
your mother in utero. (pause)

Let the breath be fluid as it nourishes the spiral, imagining it to be within a

womb, your place of birthing ideas. (pause)

Imagine it to find it’s way to the gut, your place of intuition. (pause)

Let this golden spiral emerge from your belly, vibrating with your creative
forces.

The Golden Spiral theory states that all energy in creation vibrates in a
logarithmic spiral and undulating through every spiral is the profound
balance of the universal breath, of ascending and descending currents of
yang and yin, of expansion and contraction, of fire and water.

Continue to breathe, slowly, in and out, with your own steady pace. (pause)

Let your own breath be a reminder that it is unique to your own body. What
Page 35
makes you unique and different? What are your own needs? (pause)

Let these answers enter your mind as you continue to breath in and out.
(pause)

As you begin to become aware of these answers, of what makes you who
you are, of what your needs are, begin to notice if any fears and aversions
arise. What are the attachments in your life that hinder you to being your
true self?

Now as you breath in and out, exhale these fears and attachments. Let
them go, one by one, with each deep out-breath. Let the spiral energy give
you strength as you release this false identity. (pause)

This practice, the abhyasa, of vairagya, known as non-attachment, is the

most important part of the yoga, the union, of your inner true self on your
journey here.

Now take a deep breath in, letting the spiral move from the stomach to
your spine, to manipura, your 3rd chakra. (pause) This is your solar plexus,
your powerhouse. Energize your core self with who you are with a deep full
breath into your belly and then let it out with an audible “haaah” as your
tongue moves out and as far towards your chin as possible. (pause)

Repeat this breath and then say the affirmation: “I feel my own
power.” (pause)

Inhale your final breath as the spiral moves upward, along each vertebra,
find the energy at the crown of your head. (pause)

As you exhale through your nostrils, let it out from the crown, towards the
sky and gently open your eyes.

When you are ready, write down what you saw and felt:
