End Sem Letter
Registration Schedule & Fee Instructions: Odd Sem 2025

Dear Parent/Guardian/Student,
1. The End Semester Letter for planning activities of Odd Sem 2025 is given in succeeding paragraphs.
2. Attendance: You are advised to familiarize yourself with the Academic System of your program
regarding the absence and attendance requirements. Semester attendance will commence from
24 July 2025. Students registered late will be responsible for meeting their attendance requirements
for the semester.
3. Registration and Payment of Dues for Odd Semester 2025
a) Odd Semester 2025 shall commence from 24 July 2025 for existing students.
b) The subject registration for Odd Sem 2025 will be done in online mode by the Registrar Office
between 15-22 Jul 2025 for the students whose academic fees, non-academic dues and
pending documents, if any, are received. All students will be able to see their registered
subjects for Odd Sem 2025 latest by 22 July 2025.
c) The academic fees due for the Odd Sem 2025 will be visible on the student’s webportal. The
link for fees deposition will be activated from 04 June 2025.
d) Fee Deposition dates : 04 June – 17 July 2025 through student’s webportal.
e) Students must check their web-portal and clear their non-academic dues along with their
academic fees.
f) Add/Drop – to be carried out through the webportal from 24 -31 July 2025.
g) MOOCs – MOOCs to be selected in lieu of registered elective(s) through the webportal from
24 July - 07 Aug 2025. Detailed instructions will be issued separately.
h) Late deposition of academic fee shall entail a fine of Rs. 500/- from 18 - 31 July 2025 and
Rs 1500/- from 01-07 Aug 2025 after which student shall not be registered.
4. Declaration of Results by Registrar: Even Semester 2025 result will be declared on 02 June 2025.
5. Supplementary Examination
(a) Exam schedule : 02-05 August 2025.
(b) Registration schedule for supplementary exam : 03 - 29 June 2025 (& 26-29 July 2025).
(c) Supplementary Examination fee : Rs. 1500/- per subject.
(d) The date sheet shall be visible on the web portal by 30 July 2025.

6. Academic Fees: Fees as applicable to the program for Odd Semester 2025 is tabulated below:

• All Fees indicated above is for One Semester only, i.e Odd Semester 2025.
• Batch 2021 pertains to Integrated MTech 5th year.
• JYC Charges of Rs 700/- for AY 2025-26 to be deposited along with the fees.

7. Hostel Charges:
(a) Existing Hostellers. Hostel charges of Rs. 1,00,000/- to be deposited through the webportal.
(b) Fresh Applicants. Students desirous of hostel accommodation for Odd Sem 2025 to forward their
applications to Admin Dept for waitlisting. They will be informed on availability of hostel.

8. Payment of Academic Fee Dues:


(a) Online through Payment Gateway: Log on to your webportal on or after 04 Jun 2025 then click
on link “Pay Fee on-Line”. Click on the link http://webportal.jiit.ac.in/jiitwebkiosk (or copy paste
in browser address bar). Mode of payment available in payment gateway:
• Net banking
• Debit / Credit Card
• UPI
(b) NEFT /RTGS through your bank : Please mention following detail in your RTGS/NEFT request to be
submitted to bank

▪ Mention your enrolment no, name and mobile no on the backside of DD and submit in
the Accounts Department of respective campus by due date.

9. Remittance Instructions for the payment of fees under NRI/ NRI sponsored/ Foreign Nationals
Categories are given in Annexure attached.

10. Points for Emphasis:


(a) Payment by cash / cheque is not permitted.
(b) The Integrated MTech students in 5th year are required to pay the academic fee as
applicable for 2021 batch.
(c) In case of any discrepancy, same may be brought to the notice of Accounts department
through Email at [email protected]
(d) Convenience fee / transaction charges by banks/payment gateways, if any, will be borne by
the students.
(e) ‘Fee Due Note’ can be downloaded from the student webportal.
(f) Fee Payment without fine : 04 June – 17 July 2025.
(g) Fee payment with late fine : 18 July – 07 Aug 2025.

REMITTANCE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PAYMENT OF FEES UNDER NRI / NRI SPONSORED/ FOREIGN NATIONAL
CATEGORIES

REMITTANCE PROCEDURE FOR ALL BATCHES (Charges as applicable to the year of Admission): Any of
the two modes may be used:
(a) Remittance through Wire transfer from the sponsor.
(b) Remittance through NRE Accounts in India, maintained by the sponsor.
Note: Payment of Fees shall not be accepted through any other mode except the two modes
mentioned above.

REMITTANCE THROUGH WIRE TRANSFER FROM THE SPONSOR.


The NRI or foreign national Sponsor would have to give instructions for Wire Transfer to his Bank. The Wire
Transfer may be made to IDBI Bank as per details below:

Notes:
(i) Swift Copy (Wire transfer advice) should be sent by email at [email protected] for information of the
Institute.
(ii) All banks charges in foreign and in India, in connection with the Fees remittance will be charged to
the account of the Remitter Student. Any shortage in the prescribed fees amount credited to the
Institute’s Ac, on account of bank charges shall be borne by the student.

REMITTANCE THROUGH NRE ACCOUNT OF THE SPONSOR WITH A SCHEDULED BANK IN INDIA
Fees can also be paid out of an NRE Account maintained by the sponsor with a Schedule Bank in India.
The sponsor should instruct the bank to issue a PAY ORDER DD in favor of ‘Jaypee Institute of Information
Technology’ payable at Noida / Delhi.
The pay order or DD should be denominated in Indian Rupees for an amount equivalent to as per
semester as Fees.
In above case, the sponsor should take a certificate from the bank stating that “the pay order No……………
dated………… for Rs………………… has been issued out of the funds parked in …………………… NRE
Account of the Sponsor……… (Name)……… with the bank and the Exchange Rate of Rs…………………is
considered for the USD”.
The student would be required to deposit the Pay Order along with the above Certificate with the
Institute at the time of admission or as given in the admission letter.
The payment of Fees by PAY ORDER DD from NRE AC without the above said Bank Certificate shall not
be accepted.
