PRIMARY FILTER

Primary Filters are basically used as first stage of filtration to arrest bigger particles up to 10µ to extend the life
of next stages of filtration. The Primary filters are washable using air / water pressure up to 2 bar from the
clean air side and are reusable. The primary filters are used in General Air Handling unit, Air Conditioning
systems, Ventilation systems of all kinds, Hospitals, Hotels and Restaurants, Air intake systems and
Exhaust systems in Clean rooms, Universities, Airports, Laboratories and Food Processing.

MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MEDIA

High performance non-woven media, The filters are produced with high-strengthening, non-breaking
synthetic papers with different filtration efficiencies. The glass fiber free media is safe for people and
equipment. Particularly applicable in high humidity conditions where they are quickly degraded. Robust
construction for operations in air velocity. The filters can be custom manufactured for any size.

MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MEDIA

Strong elasticity and great fracture resistance.

Non-biological activity media prevents the microorganism from growing up.
Humidity resistance up to 100% r. F.

V BANK COMPACT FILTERS

FILTER CLASS M6, F7, F8 & F9
V Bank compact filters are fire retardant, water resistant glass fiber media equipped in sturdy polystyrene
frame. The Pleats are separated with thermoplastic (Hot Melt) separators. The Filter is capable to handle high
air flow and low pressure loss due to the high ratio of media to filter face. These filter are available from class
M6 to F9.

ACTIVATED CARBON FILTERS

FOR GAS PHASE FILTRATION
Activated Carbon Filters are used to control Odor especially in Airport Smoking rooms, Kitchen Exhaust
system in Restaurants, Hotels, Bars, Hospital exhaust systems, Restrooms and in Industries where
the Odor needs to be neutralized.

DESCRIPTION
The activated Carbon Filters are designed for the control of intermittent odor problems. Remove a wide
range of odors and common indoor air pollutants. The advanced media has improved capability to absorb
nuisance odors.

ADVANTAGES
Effective Gas Phase filtration for common/compact applications. Excellent Gas phase filter for intermittent.
Gas application.
Low pressure drop.
Can be used as a low cost method for controlling an odor problem.

APNF-CLEAN
Portable Air Filtration Unit

Negative pressure rooms are used in healthcare settings to contain airborne contaminates within an
infected occupant’s room. The APNF-CLEAN UV is a built-in HEPA filtration system to provide the most
effective mechanical filtration available.

This lightweight device creates HEPA-filtered air for healthcare and public utilities, removing contaminated
air from a closed controlled area. With HEPA Filters contained within the unit along with the UV, potentially
dangerous particles are removed from the exhausted air at high efficiency.

The unit consists of a carbon filter pleated combined with G4 filtration efficiency, followed by a Gel Seal
HEPA Filters ensuring 100% leak-free operation and with 2 no’s of 250 nm UV-C lamps to destroy
pathogens even at a flow of 500 CFM.

An Automatic volume calculator is available in the program that warns users about the area covered while
in operation as an option.

KITCHEN EXTRACT SOLUTIONS

The emission of cooking odors from commercial kitchens is becoming an increasingly important
environmental issue, as well as having a significant influence on the granting of planning permission for new
restaurants. We offer Electrostatic Precipitators and Air Handling Unit Grade Housing Kitchen Ecology Unit
with different stages of filtration depending on the type of kitchen.

Types of Filtration systems recommended

OIL EXTRACT:

ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator) + Metal Filter + Bag Filter (F7 Grade) +

Carbon Filter (all in the housing) + Extract Fan.

CARBON EXTRACT:

Synthetic Primary filter (G4 Grade) + Bag Filter (F7 Grade) +HEPA Filter (HIO Grade)
+Carbon Filter (all in the housing) + Extract Fan.

Mixed Kitchen (Oil + Carbon Extract)

ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator) + Metal Filter+ Synthetic Panel Filter (G4 Grade) + Bag

It is advisable to use a SWSI extract fan.
