CASE STUDY: ONLINE BAKE SHOP

An online Bake shop is a website designed primarily for use in the food delivery industry. The online
bake shop allows for quick and easy management of bakery items, which customers can browse and
orders with just a few clicks. Bake shop employees then process these orders through an easy-to-
navigate graphical interface for greater efficiency.
An online bake shop is a service that allows customers to order various bakery items from a local
bakery's menu over the internet, from anywhere, with the order delivered to their specified location.
The customer must first register, then select their desired bakery items from the menu and place an
order online. Once the order is finalized, the customer can add the items to their shopping cart, and
upon checkout, the order will be delivered to their doorstep.

The system will consist of two modules: Admin Module and Customer Module.

 The admin can log in and log out of the system.


 The admin can add, update, and delete bakeries.
 The admin can verify all customer orders.
 Customers must create a new account to place an order.
 Customers are required to log in before placing an order.
 Customers can browse the menus of various bakeries.
 Customers can add bakery items to their cart and proceed to checkout.
 After checkout, the customer must select a time slot and a payment method (i.e., debit/credit
card or cash on delivery) to place the order.
 The customer should log out of the system after placing an order.

In addition to these features, the system will include a dynamic and interactive website. When a
customer visits the site, it will respond quickly and efficiently to their actions. The system will be
easily portable across different platforms. All customer data will be securely stored and protected by
the system's management. The system is designed to perform all its functions smoothly and without
issues. Security protocols will be implemented to ensure that all user data entered during the sign-up
process and used in login credentials is kept safe and secure.

Read the above case study carefully and draw the Use case diagram (with proper format) of the online
Bake Shop Website by using Lucid chart, Creately, Visual paradigm online or some other drawing
