Track 4 – Chaitra and Tarun – (topic name needs to be

confirmed)

Tarun: Good Afternoon everyone, respected session chairs, and all the
participants.

I am Tarun d and I am Chaitra S.K from the 4 th semester, Department of


CSE, NHCE. We take immense pleasure in welcoming the gathering to the 7 th
National Conference on Innovations in intelligent Computing Technologies,
Communications and Security for Sustainable Development organized by the
Computing Departments, CSE, ISE, AIML,MCA and DS in association with the
Computer Society of India and the Institution’s Innovation Council.

Now, I would like to hand it over to my co-host Chaitra.

Chaitra: On behalf of the computing departments, I take this opportunity to


welcome the External Session Chair, (add their introduction)

It is an honor to have you here ma’am!

Tarun: In addition, I cordially welcome the Internal Session Chair, (same as


above)

Thank you for joining this session, sir!

I would also like to welcome our track coordinator (add their name and
designation) Senior Assistant Professor, Dept of CSE, NHCE. We
welcome you ma’am.

Chaitra:

Now, without any further delay, let us begin this session. Tarun and I take
the honor to commence Track 4 titled (add topic and info) .

Tarun:

We have a total of papers being presented today in track 4.

Participants, kindly make a note of the following.


● For each paper, a total time duration of 10 minutes will be given to you.
● The first 8 minutes for your presentation and the remaining 2 minutes for
QNA by the session chair.
● A reminder will be given to you at the end of the 7th minute through a bell
and you are requested to prepare yourself to conclude your presentation
accordingly.
● All the participants are requested to strictly follow the time duration. ● The
jury’s decision will be Final.

(So to be clear to the participants, at the end of the 7th minute this is what
u will hear…… that is when you must start concluding your presentation
and at the end of the 8th minute this is what u will hear…… which means
you have to be done with your presentation and proceed with the 2
minutes of QNA by the session chair)

As, we come to the end of today’s proceedings and I would like to express my
heartfelt gratitude to our External Session Chair, name for taking out time from
her busy schedule to join this conference. I would also like to thank our Internal
Session Chair, Their name and track coordinator her name for coordinating this
track.

I would also like to thank all the participants for presenting your papers, making
this an insightful session on topic name. Last but not the least, I would like to
thank you all for being such wonderful audience. We hope you found the event
informative and engaging and that you leave here feeling inspired and
motivated. We value your presence and contributions, and we look forward to
seeing you again at our future events.

I request everyone to please join us for the valedictory ceremony at 4:30pm in


the Falconry Seminar Hall.
