P.O. Anisabad, P.S. Gardanibagh, District Patna, Pin Code-800002 do
hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:-
1. That we have jointly executed a registered Development Agreement dated
23.05.2024 with M/s Star India Construction Pvt. Ltd. for the
development and construction of a residential complex over a parcel of
land measuring approximately 6 Kathas (equivalent to 18.75 decimals / 5
Kathas 6 Dhurs as per actual measurement), situated in Plot No. 1436,
under Khata No. 27, Halka No. 2, located at Mouza Chitkohra, Thana No.
17 (8/17), Circle Patna Sadar, P.S. Gardanibagh, District Patna,
corresponding to Old Holding No. 787/635/211.
2. That we hereby confirm that we are the lawful and rightful owners of the
above-mentioned land, which is presently under our possession. We
affirm that the said Development Agreement with M/s Star India
Construction Pvt. Ltd. has been executed with our free will, in a sound
state of mind, and without any coercion, fraud, undue influence, or
misrepresentation.
3. That we further undertake to provide peaceful and vacant possession of
the said land, admeasuring 5 Kathas 6 Dhurs, to the Company forthwith,
enabling it to commence activities such as site mapping, erection of
boundary walls, fencing, and related preparatory work.
4. That we further assure and undertake that neither we nor any of our legal
heirs or successors shall raise any objection or create any hindrance in the
lawful development or construction activities undertaken by the Company
over the said land as per the terms of the Development Agreement.
