“Well, I grew up with social media, and I’ve used social
media for a long time. So, I’m very familiar with it. About
three years ago, I thought, maybe I could actually make a
living doing this. And I started taking on a couple of clients
here and there, and I’ve worked with a couple people. Now, I
want to settle down and I’m looking for a stable job. I’m
looking for a company that could offer good growth
potential, good growth opportunity. Also, this place is not far
from my home. So, here I am today.”
Sample answer
1. “I have been doing social media for the last three years, and
I specialize in helping companies and entrepreneurs
growing their Facebook fan page. And in the last three
years alone, I have helped dozens of clients in over ten
different industries. I have helped my clients to really
increase their engagement and grow their fan page by three
to five hundred percent in less than six months. And that’s
what I am passionate about. In fact, I have listed some of
those client that I’ve worked with on the reference letter.
2. My strength is my ability to truly understand what the
audience want. I pride myself for creating engaging and
compelling content that I know the audience loves and
wants to share.
3. What I am looking for is a company that I could add value
to, that I could produce a positive return on investment for.
A place where I can join a strong team.”
How to answer?
Show your values.
Achievements, strengths.
Focus on what you can offer the company.
What problems can you solve for the company?
Be your best self.
Be authentic and confident.
DO NOT share everything. DO NOT be arrogant.

future.
They want to make sure you really focus on this job and what
this job offers.
