Introduction
Knowledge is power. This is the pillar for everything that I do and aim to share
with all of you. Oftentimes I am praised and even questioned for how much information
I share and "give away". This is not how I see it. There was a point where I wished I
could go back and do everything over again. But once I stepped into my purpose and
recognized the importance of my experience and how it was meant to carve out my path
I knew what I needed to do. How could I live with myself having the tool box and
keeping it all to myself? How could I stand by and watch other parents walk the same
path my family has walked and not speak up? I couldn't, and I still can't. The longer I do
this the more and more I realize how truly sucked in and attached we are to this toxic
system that has a bright shiny pair of golden handcuffs on us. To navigate the pulling
away from that system and the breaking of those chains is a massive feat that for many
takes years and years to truly accomplish. My goal is always to educate, to share, and to
give you the tools from my toolbox that will help you to rebuild yourself from the
ground up. I want to see you step into your power as a parent and find it freeing to say
NO! I want to see you have the confidence to put your foot down and listen to your gut
when something feels even the slightest bit off. If these are things that my experiences,
or words, can help you attain then I am living out my purpose. My goal with this ebook
is to help you begin to unravel the overwhelming amount of information surrounding
the 4 A's - ADHD, Autism, Allergies, and Asthma. I will keep things as short and sweet
as possible but please know that there is SO much more to this then I can share here and
it ALL lives in the Warrior Center. I have an entire course built around this subject (and
many, many others) which expands on everything we will touch on in this e-book. If

Part 1: Hope
Some babies enter the world in explosive ways which may include anything from
a c-section, or a NICU stay, to jaundice, and some need a lot of *work* to keep them
with us. While others seem to arrive healthy with little to no apparent challenges or what
the world would call “perfectly healthy”. Yet still, similar to those who had more
traumatic entrances those "perfectly healthy" babies will oftentimes experience a
quagmire of issues later on as they grow.
Here is the hard truth…. The choices we make early on set up a life of thriving and the
largest pieces of that puzzle are these two things:
● Nutrition (food choices)
● Rejecting vaccines (as a poor model of *health*)
These two things are truly some of the most critical for setting up a life of thriving, that
is not to say there will not be bumps in the road, but they will be much more easily
navigated with these two pillars.
If you are further down the road and looking to help support your older child naturally
with any of the 1 million labels they want to apply, the good news is these two are still
pillars and can be stepped into at any time and you will see growth in your journey in
many ways; emotionally + mentally + physically.
The body KNOWS how to thrive and correct itself, it just needs the right tools.
When babies are healthy and do not seem to require much intervention it can feel and
seem easy, and the fact is, it can be. Parents do not sign up for a life of hardship and we
certainly would not consciously choose a life of seizures, food allergies, staring blankly at
the walls, spinning wheels, no words, sleeping issues, epi-pens, and inhalers.
But for some, and I dare say many, with a statistic of over 50% of children in the U.S.
who currently have some sort of label, disorder or heath challenge - this IS a reality for
so many parents.

and fire them at will and not even think twice about it. If you feel your child is not
thriving, if you feel shamed or gaslighted you get to walk away. Own it mama.
● YOU KNOW BEST. This is always the case of any parent and especially mothers
who have an uncanny ability to know things no other human can about their
children. Your intuition is what will drive you to research, ask questions and
ultimately choose the path of health that is best suited for your family. Listen to
that guide deep inside you, it will never steer you wrong, I promise.
● Nourishing food is the cornerstone that will drive all other health roads. The
biggest drivers of a solid foundation is, minerals, absorption of nutrients, gut
health (which is what is allowing the food to be absorbed or not absorbed), detox
pathways that are open and working efficiently (think of lymph drainage as a way
to picture this.)
If you have felt sucked in or chained to the system and are feeling lost I am here to tell
you that YOU CAN DO THIS. You can rewrite the script. You can put your foot down
today and say NO MORE. Hope is not lost. Hope is what we cling to and cling hard.
Once we realize the natural desire our body has to heal anything is possible.

Part 2: Detox
There is so much to be said on this topic that it could be a book of its own. First
and foremost though it is important to understand that the body is detoxing DAILY. This
idea the fad diet culture has cultivated that you have to starve yourself or drink celery
juice for days on end is the way to clean out the body is counter productive. Don't get me
wrong, I am a huge fan of setting aside periods of time for full body resets such as The
Master Cleanse or doing a parasite cleanse, however, don't overlook the fact that the
body in its natural state is in a process of detox and elimination DAILY. Our goal is to
support those functions as effectively as possible. So how do we do that? Well, in the case
of children it can be fairly simple as their turnover rate is much quicker than adults. We
are going to focus on: Drainage Pathways.
What are Drainage Pathways you might be wondering? Drainage or detox pathways are
a series of processes by which waste leaves our bodies. When our drainage pathways
become clogged or stagnant we are unable to eliminate toxins and waste effectively. This
is why understanding the processes of drainage and learning how to open your drainage
pathways MUST be step one to any detoxification protocol. Why is this information so
important? Understanding how our body works as a drainage funnel and supporting that
funnel will aid in the detoxification and healing process that comes along with any type
of cleansing. It will ease and potentially eliminate (depending on your individual starting
point) negative effects we can experience while detoxing. These negative effects are a
type of reaction called a “Jarisch–Herxheimer reaction” or a “Herx reaction” also
commonly referred to as “Die-off symptoms”.
At the top we have our glymphatic system. A network of specialized vessels in the
nervous system which collect and remove aerobic waste and toxins from the tissue of the
brain and spine.
The glymph funnels down into our lymphatic system. The lymph vessels function as a
secondary circulatory system, supplying immune cells and removing waste from our

muscles, organs and glands. The lymph then funnels on to a grand tributary: the
liver/bile duct. The liver traps toxins in bile to be removed from the body. Bile flows
along to be emptied into the colon. The colon is the last holding point for waste before it
is eliminated from the body. However, it does rely on another organ to function properly:
the kidneys. The kidneys filter waste from the body and also control hydration of the
colon. If the kidneys are weak or stressed, our colons become dehydrated, and we are
likely to experience constipation. Constipation is the ultimate obstruction in the funnel
that will cause a backup to higher channels. If you are not having regular, healthy bowel
movements, all of the systems working upwards will be overwhelmed with toxins.
Now that we have a simple understanding of how our drainage pathways work let's talk
about some ways that we can support drainage and attain optimal detox potential. Note:
These tips are not child specific and can be used for all ages!

strengthen the liver and encourage flow of bile. (This is great for adults, not
necessarily recommended for children.)
Kidneys
● Kidney Hydration. Maintaining proper hydration is essential to supporting the
kidneys. It is recommended that you drink at least half your body weight in
ounces of filtered, spring or mineral water every single day.
● Limit your protein consumption. Excessive protein overworks your kidneys.
Protein consumption should be no more than 0.8 grams/pound of body weight.
Colon
● Colon hydration. Maintain the hydration of your colon by including mostly
unprocessed, whole foods in your diet.
● Chew thoroughly. Our mouth is our first step to digestion. Chewing your food
thoroughly will enhance your natural digestive enzymes (saliva) and ensure
proper and optimal breakdown of food. This will tax your digestive system
overtime and slow things down. It’s not easy but start by trying to chew a bite of
food at least 25 times and work your way up. Most professionals recommend 30-50
chews with some who say 100!
● Fermented foods. Eating fermented foods increases and diversifies the bacteria in
your microbiome. Foods like apple cider vinegar, yogurt, kombucha and
sauerkraut inoculate your gut with live, active cultures.
● Fiber. Fiber-rich foods like oats, flax seeds, hemp hearts and chia seeds feed
desirable bacteria and promote motility of the colon.

It is almost so hard nowadays to remember the simple time that children had
before the 1990’s when stimulant drugs began to seep into home after home and adhd,
autism and so many other labels began to increase in epidemic proportions. The world
has so many children and now navigating is faster and all about massive instant
gratification. Before the 1990’s there was much less structure, more free time, less
homework, less pressure, no social media, iphones, google youtube, playstation etc...
There was even much less pressure on the athletic front as well.
If we think about it all children suffer in this scenario but most especially those who also
may be vaccinated or environmentally damaged. And with 1:2 children who currently
suffer from some type of chronic illness this is a BIG deal.
The child that truly has such a hard time comprehending what the teacher just said or
their parent. What the words in the book they are reading for those “AR” points means,
how to try and fit in with peers (probably not even understanding that those peers also
suffer from a myriad of challenges as well). As the world moves faster and the demands
placed on children have shifted from ordinary to crushing, parents face the hard choice
to pharmaceutically alter their child’s brain chemistry to meet these challenges, OR will
their be the recognition that they can do something to naturally detox the root cause
creating these physical and emotional challenges and naturally support with
supplements/food as well.
The challenge as many of you know and have possibly even weathered already, is that
when you choose the path of medication, it’s accepted by culture so easily and this
includes teachers and schools. The path that is undoubtedly harder but MUCH more
rewarding is non medication and changing lifestyle approaches.
From the 1990’s-today millions of children and toddlers now routinely take drugs to
control behavior, mood, attention, and sleep. What in the world changed that these
were rarely ever needed or even seeked out before the 1990’s? Two things; vaccines and
food/environmental toxins.
Keep in mind too that the pediatrician often prescribing these drugs has about 30
minutes of training from a pharmaceutical rep. They do not know your child, they will

only see them every few months for a refill and they have NO clue as to what the true
root causes of these epidemics are.
Did you know the FDA also permits direct to consumer advertising of these drugs? From
the screen straight to desperate parents. Interestingly enough there has also been a study
done to show that there is a bias against natural remedies because of these commercials.
In terms of reactions or “adverse events”, nearly 600.000 reactions occur each year in
children and that is grossly underestimated because of poor reporting and parents who
simply may not be aware a reaction has occurred – or to connect the dots.
Check key minerals and the levels/possible deficiencies. I will just share that most likely
the child is deficient as it's a common issue with adults too, but especially children,
Minerals unlock so much in the cell structure and they are key to opening detoxification
pathways as well.
I recommend starting with CT minerals from Cell Core and as the stores build up switch
to mineral essence from Young Living.
Iron Deficiency
Iron is critical for learning and brain health. One of the easiest ways to build up iron is
by eating liver, now that may not be appealing so I recommend *liver sauce* and if you
need to hide it in something or bribe with some moola it's worth it for your child’s brain.
Ningia red is also a great way to get additional minerals and iron and it helps to build
healthy blood. Iron is something to definitely monitor if you are supplementing with
heavy duty supplementation as you don’t want to get into a place of too much iron as
well. One reason I like liver sauce and ningxia is they build stores naturally and I have
yet to see any issue with too much iron and these. Unfortunately disclaimers are always
needed so I will say “check with your trusted practitioner”.

Copper
Elevated copper has been associated with various psychiatric diagnoses since the 1960’s
when it was first noted in patients with psychiatric disorders. Now, we know that in
general heavy metals are not good for the body right? And copper may be one of the
elusive metals to take a peek at. Too much copper is toxic to the brain and too little can
cause anemia. Most copper in the blood (85-95%) is supposed to be carried safely in a
protein called ceruloplasmin, not free and unbound as copper alone – the latter acts like
a free radical that becomes toxic. You can start by checking the ceruloplasmin levels to
determine the ratio for your child. If the ceruloplasmin is too low and the unbound
copper is too high you can supplement zinc increasing as needed. You will also want to
look at amino acids like amino wise and ningxia to help support the body and blood.
Zinc
Zinc is an interesting one because so many times parents share how their children are
“picky” or self limiting with food. This is often indicative of a zinc deficiency. It weakens
appetites as well. Minerals are HUGE and I cannot stress it enough that oftentimes just
adding minerals alone makes a huge difference. If the taste of minerals is strong and
unpalatable that often means the body NEEDS them so work up. I like to begin with CT
minerals from Cell Core (my practitioner code is B9Ab3m8O) and then transition to the
YL mineral essence because the oils in mineral essence make a BIG difference.
Remember the taste is strong because of a mineral deficiency and once you work up it
becomes much more palatable.
Food Dyes
This is a non-negotiable with any children that are experiencing brain/focus challenges
but honestly, no children should have food dyes or adults for that matter, and the hard
part is that they are in nearly everything so becoming a label reader is so valuable in this
journey of healing.
The OEHHA findings reveal that consumption of synthetic food dyes can result in
hyperactivity and other neurobehavioral problems in some children, and that children
vary in their sensitivity to synthetic food dyes. Red Dye 40 has been linked to aggression
and mental disorders like attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children.
Conduct a quick test at home. For one week, avoid foods and drinks that contain U.S.
certified colors Red #40, Blue #2, Yellow #5 (Tartrazine), Yellow #6 (Sunset Yellow), as
well as sodium benzoate. **THE SODIUM BENZOATE in Ningxia red is from

fermented cherries and apples NOT synthetic like so many other sources. So rest easy
with Ningxia.
Magnesium
Magnesium is a key mineral to smooth nerve impulse transmission and yes most
children as well as adults because of lack of real nutrients in food.
Ideally we get some from food but also we do need to supplement. We love the unwind
from YL and as adults we also take it! You will also get added minerals from multigreens,
ningxia and CT minerals/mineral essence.
Taking a bath with plain salt flakes or dead sea salt or epsom salts is also a great source
to get some additional magnesium. 1 cup in a warm bath. Be sure to hydrate because one
can get a little dizzy after a detox bath or if it is too hot.
When we think of food intake and appetite, a child’s appetite should be hearty enough to
support expected growth, to allow relatively even energy levels, no spikes in ups and
downs, and provide sound sleep. The building blocks of gut health, food, supplements,
oils and other things we discuss will all provide the ideal environment for healing and
thriving.

The medical community will say… Well the vaccine is a modified version of the actual
disease so it’s normal to get sick, maybe get a fever or even a seizure! The typical
reaction many experience is a sore arm or leg and remember most if not all of the
childhood vaccines contain aluminum, mercury, other heavy metals and chemicals like
poly-80. For example, as aluminum enters the body it forms something called
granulomas or nodules around the metal to keep it from reaching somewhere dangerous
(like the brain).
These granulomas can be easy for anyone to recognize and even understand to be a part
of a “normal” vaccine reaction, but what happens if the body simply cannot filter the
aluminum or other toxic chemicals like it should be able to? What happens when it’s one
shot after another and multiple in one visit alone?
There are also signs of vaccine injury that may never be correlated in the mind of a
mama, maybe even a first time mom who is all new to this.
One of the first areas to look at is babies eyes. The eyes truly are the window to the soul.
They should be pointed straight ahead and in the same direction. Sometimes the
aluminum can travel to the brainstem and begin to affect neurological development; fine
motor, eyes and balance/coordination. This is NOT random or “normal” this is very
much a sign something is going on. When this happens with the eyes, one can deviate

outward or inward from the other. If you notice this I encourage you to explore the
heavy metal vaccine detox with essential oils and TRS spray.
Another area is the mouth. This is often SO overlooked but a huge sign of potential
vaccine reaction. One side of the mouth will droop slightly, and this can be extremely
subtle but present if you look closely. Another common reaction is a crooked smile. You
will most likely notice if you have a video of them smiling before vaccination and then
after (looking as straight on as possible) that the smile is “off”. When they smile you can
also see it in their eyes too. One eye can be squinty because of the loss of muscle from
the aluminum. Yes aluminum tends to be one of the biggest culprits; it used to be that
people were very concerned about mercury in vaccinations, and rightfully so, but
aluminum is the devil to the brain.
Another area to be aware of is torticollis. This happens when a baby cannot hold their
head straight and it tilts to one side or the other (also can occur in toddlers.) Children
whose eyes flicker is another sign, this can be involuntary or appear as tics. For babies
there can be problems latching after vaccination and this can also point to paralysis of
the tongue from vaccine damage.
For older kiddos there can be speech delays or new difficulty forming words that can also
appear after vaccination. Trouble swallowing can be another.
Here is the bottom line, vaccine injury can come in many forms and often the signs are
subtle but there. Not all reactions are death or super severe at first; however as time goes
on and more vaccines are given we must understand that there is a bioaccumulation of
the toxic load and eventually the body can give out or that is when something even more
severe occurs like extensive neurological damage.
If we can first understand and embrace that reactions do occur and can occur we can go
into this decision making process with eyes wide open.

Within a free society there are two areas that should work in the consumer's interest,
safety testing and lawsuits.
If we had reasonable government regulations they would require that all products be
properly safety tested before being released to the public. Secondly, if a product despite
passing safety testing still is causing harm that company CAN and SHOULD be sued.
The idea of a lawsuit is to give damages to the harmed individual and force the
manufacturer to fix the problem so no more people are harmed. Now, one would think
this also would apply to vaccines, unfortunately it does not.

Let’s just address the elephant in the room that changing food choices in children,
especially older children and those who have been self limiting, is HARD. I get it. We
were there too. Our son was only eating yogurt sticks full of sugar and McDonalds. Yup
I gave him chicken nuggets and fries because it’s all he would eat and no mother wants
their child to starve. But the reality is, the damage that self limiting and the proliferation
of root causes from us, as parents, giving in is greater than stepping into our power. So,
no, it’s not easy to make the changes necessary to reach healing, but it IS worth it. You
can do this. You are the parent, the caregiver and you are setting your child up for
success by the hard choices you will make today.
There is also no one size fits all and yes things can be individualized however there are
some core pillars that are important to follow and understand.
1. Gluten free/casein free/soy free
2. Checking for food reactions that might be individual to the child
3. Anti-yeast/candida food choices
4. Blood sugar stabilization
5. Low oxalate
6. Carbohydrates that are fuel not sugar
I can assure you that as you peel back the layers one by one, the allergens decrease, the
gut gets stronger, and their body becomes better at detoxing and more resilient. In
general it’s a good idea to start with one big dietary change at a time and I am always a
proponent of the GAPS diet for the foundation of it all. Think about the cravings that
many children with labels have and often those labeled on the spectrum, they may crave
things like macaroni and cheese and bread and pizza, it’s not because it’s the best tasting
food in the world to them, it is because of a brain and gut addiction to the chemical
response that food creates in the brain. So this is all intrinsic inside the body, from
damage yes like vaccines or environmental, but it also can be reversed. Sugar is another
great example, children who have blood sugar regulation issues stemming from poor gut
health go NUTS for sugar. Children that don’t, may like sugar but it's not an addiction to
the brain (yet). This is again where we must step in with the strength of our divine
parental power and wisdom and change this pattern now to create long term success.

Organic foods are important, especially because a big root cause is heavy metals and
pesticide build up in their bodies. Organic can be pricey but there are very intentional
ways to achieve this.
1. The dirty dozen. Buy the dirty dozen organic no matter what unless you grow
your own organic food or you know your farmer and their practices. Many local
farmers do not get an organic certification because it is so expensive, instead they
use organic practices but cannot go through all the red tape of organic labels.
2. Meat is a non negotiable. ALWAYS grass fed and organic.
3. We eat too much as a society! So pair down and your budget will be happy. If we
focus on nutrient dense food, we can see exactly how much excess we spend on
food and it is not needed to fuel the body.
Where to begin:
I ALWAYS begin parents on gluten free and casein free and that tends to cover a
majority of the issues. After getting the hang of shifting choices I recommend doing at
least a week of the GAPS diet and you can shorten GAPS as well to move through the
phases in a week or so versus a month. Keep in mind gluten free and casein free does not
mean to replace with additional sugar or more processed food. Get the majority from
whole real foods.

Gut Microbiome
Gut health is extremely important to improve appetite. There is certainly nothing
wrong with hiding things in food too. We used to do this for a long time in smoothies
and applesauce for example. If your child is self limiting to 10 or less foods, you can
almost bet there is a bowel infection and leaky gut (gut dysbiosis). Bowel infections, and
when I say infection, do not think of virus or bacteria necessarily, but rather a gut lining
that is permeable and allows toxins to leach out. It can be an overgrowth of microbes,
the human gut harbors countless hundreds of millions of microorganisms – and we
NEED them. They help us digest and absorb food; they produce nutrients we need and
they work with our immune systems to keep the terrain strong. There is more and more
real data, and common sense, showing that these microorganisms are crucial to babies
health and those who have been born via c-section or spent time in the NICU or were
given antibiotics – have guts that are affected negatively.
Probiotics can actually be your defense over antibiotics and when we are faced with
illness we up the probiotics and it works beautifully alongside oils and supplements and
food choices like bone broth to seal the gut.
● Get diversified strains and ideally no added ingredients. For newborns I
recommend HMF natogen from the first day of life earthside, for children with
significant challenges, HMF Neuro powder and Mighty Pro is always a favorite of
ours especially when traveling.
● Chewable probiotics are not recommended, they often have fillers, sweeteners
that are harmful or synthetic and in general are no good.
● Yogurt is often thought of but it's full of sugar, so this is not the ideal choice for
gut health, in fact it can severely dismantle any improvements you are making.
● Fermented foods are a great choice like sauerkraut, tempeh, miso and kimchi. Just
be sure it is fermented and this is a great choice for prebiotics too.
● Children who have had many rounds of antibiotics in their histories probably
need even more probiotics to re-establish their guts.

We have talked about a few key supplements and strategies in the past, things like
how crucial the GAPS approach is for so many children with a chronic label and also the
utilization of essential oils, homeopathy. So, let’s dig in a little deeper with more on this
area that in my professional experience is transformative for the brain, body and the
entire family.
Since most children today, even those without a supposed “label”, are severely deficient
in minerals and basic nutrients, it is incredibly important to supplement, Supplements
really are not an option anymore with the massive exposure to toxins in the
environment, food and even toxic stress and emotions that children are subjected to from
TV, social media, other technology and even in school or therapy.
Beginner:
(Begin here and add things as needed based on particular symptoms every couple
months)
For those just starting out with a healing program and especially those who fall into the
4-A category of autism, adhd, allergies, and asthma, this is what I recommend beginning
right away:
1. Cod Liver Oil Forte, one of the best tasting I have found and this is food for the
brain. If there is an objection to fish based on a belief system then I recommend
Mindwise by Young Living.
2. HMF Neuro or HMF School as a beginning probiotic, then transitioning into life
9 and/or mighty pro (the mighty pro is an amazing option for on the go and
traveling) – probiotics will begin the balancing out process of the gut and help to
strengthen the immune system and feed the brain as well.
3. Multigreens by Young Living – this works in two ways, it begins the process of
detoxification and binding to heavy metals to help pull them out and it also is
food for the brain and can mitigate behavioral/sensory challenges, improve
speech and also support the immune system.
4. Ningxia Red drink – the main purpose of this early on is to help stabilize blood
sugar and create balance in reactions to stressful over stimulating environments.

Next phase
(3-6 months after beginning the first part AND with dietary modifications)
In keeping with the above I would consider adding in methyl-B 12 injections especially if
there is a significant speech delay. This is typically used from a period of one year to 2
and it is not something needed forever.
Next phase
(can be anywhere from 2-8 months/also can be done right away in the beginner phase)
Adding in Detoxzyme or Allerzyme. These are small and wonderful to use to help our
kiddos learn to swallow pills. This also, when used in conjunction with dietary changes,
works to help the intestines absorb nutrients. With enzymes we absorb 95% or more of
the crucial nutrients in the food we eat, without enzymes we absorb maybe 20%
Depending on how they are doing and what specific needs the child has there are some
additional options and road maps to go (while keeping the core supplements in place)
1. Parasite cleanse with cell core/parafree/oil – you can find this protocol in the
Parasite Course in the Warrior Center.
2. A cell core regimen to target some specific needs like mold or environmental
toxins: (To purchase from Cell Core use practitioner code: B9Ab3m80.)
○ Biotoxin binder + ViradChem binder for suspected mold
○ BC-ATP for mitochondria and cognitive support
○ At this stage minerals are key so either CT minerals from cell core or
Mineral Essence from Young Living.
3. Ningxia Red – this is a very important key to the puzzle in terms of the flavonoids
it offers the body. Flavonoids reduce oxidative stress and inflammation, but most
people and especially children do not get enough flavonoids in their diets
naturally.
If you think about autism or the epidemic of chronic illness it is the result of the
breakdown of the gut wall, which affects the blood brain barrier and brain functions as
well as motor planning and overall *autism* symptoms. When the gut and blood brain
barrier are compromised it allows neurotoxic molecules to cause brain inflammation and
faulty nerve processing. The immune cells known as mast cells can cause
immune-mediated allergic reactions when they are activated by environmental,

infectious, or allergic triggers (and stress). This can happen a lot during gestation as well
as immediately after birth (and now think about some of the very things pregnant
women are duped into taking or receiving during and after pregnancy). So, if mast cell
activation leads to gut, blood and brain barrier disruption, which then allows neurotoxic
substances to enter the brain – autism can 100% be the result. The key is to keep
inflammation down with lifestyle changes and really researching vaccines before you
choose to give them to your child or get one yourself, and to use supplements that help
to remove any toxins we may be exposed to that are out of our control and of course the
underlying pillar – Gut health.
Many people and that would include sets of parents have a long standing history with
allergies and inflammation – I would say since the early 1990’s. When inflammation and
allergies flare up, it worsens symptoms, and mast cells are located near blood vessels of
the brain and gut. If there is significant gut permeability these neuron reactions happen.
Remember the triggers are, environmental toxins and activated viral particles and
bacterial infections – also candida being a big contributor – yet totally alleviated by
dietary changes and lifestyle changes.
The bottom line here is flavonoids inhibit the release of inflammatory substances and
inhibit mast cell activation.
Detoxification is key:
THE contributor to the 4-A epidemic is WAY TOXED out kids. From vaccines,
chemtrails in the sky, glyphosate in foods, antibiotics, depression and anxiety meds,
chemicals in products they use like soaps, acne cream, shampoos and perfume/cologne,
milk, gluten, and cleaners used in the home, to name the largest offenders. In order to
not only be on a path to healing and thriving the offenders need to be removed as much
as possible (the ones IN your control) and then detoxification to remove the heavy
metals and chemicals in the body.

In order for detoxification to work the gut must be on a path of sealing and healing, so
food modifications are a non negotiable, because we know how powerful food is as
medicine.
Steps:
1. Focusing on cleaning up the gut in terms of pathogenic bacteria. This is where
you can implement the GAPS protocol, for sure remove gluten, casein, soy and
corn as the top offenders if you choose not to do GAPS. Add in prebiotics and
probiotics to get more good guys in the gut than bad guys. Note any top food
allergens they have and be sure to remove those for the time being through a food
elimination approach. *Keep in mind the GAPS diet will be a powerful tool to
heal allergies. Address these allergens FIRST by removing them and working to
heal the gut lining.
2. Work to remove toxic heavy metals and other chemicals in their systems. This is
done by both detox AND ensuring they are not exposed to more of the same
toxin. I.e. vaccines.
3. Add in supplementation and lots of omegas like cod liver oil forte.
You will then settle into a program that works for your child whether it be a cell core
regimen, also essential oils and supplementation. IF after making these changes with
consistency and keeping to a strict clean diet, there are still symptoms most likely it is
mold exposure or candida/yeast. Follow a Mold/Yeast diet – which essentially is
GAPS/and or a strict type of KETO approach. You may consider a quick round of
antifungal medication, just weigh the options carefully and the side effects and ensure
that gut health is strong.
● Toxins and stress create obstacles for the normal functioning and self-healing of
our bodies.
● Modern eating habits and lifestyles pollute our bodies and do not provide the
nutrients necessary for them to function at optimal levels.
● By removing the obstacles and providing what is lacking, our bodies bounce back
into health, energy is restored, and we begin to look and feel our best.

Chelation
This is a contentious topic and one I do feel very strongly about. In essence with
chelation you are detoxifying but heavy metals can be tough little buggers to get out of
the body. Chelation can be needed for many children especially when there is a known
vaccine exposure as that is where a majority of heavy metals come from that are stuck in
the brain. Usually a chelating agent called DMSA is used and it helps to bond with the
metal ions that will then enter the bloodstream and be excreted safely. Chelation does
not work as well when the gut is still permeable so shoring up the gut is extremely
important.
Make sure you have checked for heavy metals first, I recommend a hair and urine test
not a blood test. This can be done thru Great Plain laboratory and you often can
demand your PCP order one for you as well and try to get it thru insurance.
Next ensure the source of the heavy metals, Vaccines, water and food/other
environmental exposures is removed so no further exposures occur.
If you choose the route of chelation I do recommend using some homeopathics as well
as if you use DMSA it is important to be on top of kidney function and checking mental
status to determine the progress. If there are just small traces left after some rounds of
chelation then you should see some significant improvement.
I do not recommend IV chelation unless under direct supervision of an expert and this is
RARE to need IV chelation as it is extremely dangerous. DMSA is a much safer option as
well as oils and homeopathics. You can see the vaccine detox lesson in the Warrior

Medication
Of course it is ideal to not use any medication at all our entire lives, at least that should
be the goal, but we do know that there are going to be times where medication is used
and if that is the only option, the strength of the gut and open detox pathways are
extremely important. In some cases it might be needed to use medication for a short
time to get symptoms under control in order to be able to implement and have success
with a natural regimen. Trust your gut and read the and weight the inserts/side effects to
make an informed decision. Because many of the medications used on children who fall
into the 4-A label can cause gut dysbiosis and compound infections, you want to weigh
these choices carefully. Most drugs used are going to be a range from antidepressants, to
stimulants, to anticonvulsants and even caffeine (which is still considered a drug).
Antivirals and antifungals can also be used for comorbidities. It is important to
remember drugs are never a cure. Ever. They mask and help things to see as though they
are better, when in reality they are not. There are still root causes bubbling under the
surface.
Some names of prescription meds that you may come across are:
● Ritalin
● Adderall
● SSRIs
● Secretin
● Lithium
● Concerta
● Metadate
● Daytrana
● Focalin
● Dexedrine
● Dextrostat
● Vyvanse
I think the key is if you feel this is a viable option, weigh the side effects, go as low as
possible, ensure detox pathways are open, use oils alongside them, keep working on a
strong gut and make a priority of holistic measures like exercise, sunshine, meditation or
prayer, less technology, dietary changes and therapy.

Part 8: Therapy
Let’s chat about ABA therapy. I’ll get right to it... do not love it by any means.
ABA stands for Applied Behavioral Analysis and it’s considered the “standard of care”
for Autism and other Autism spectrum disorders. When Lincoln and I were first wading
through the world of therapy options at age 2, something just didn’t feel right to me
about ABA. We drove 2 hours both ways daily to one of the top autism programs in the
nation at the time. I would sit there and watch as my child was being trained to “do this,
then that'' and receive a treat. Shocker: full of cocaine-like addicting sugar and food dyes
no less. I sat there watching through the glass windows at UCLA in shock and in tears.
How would training my child like a puppy help him recover and function in this world?
After one visit I decided my child would not succumb to the so-called best and most
innovative autism program at UCLA. And I looked for a better way. I found Floortime
therapy by Dr. Greenspan in one of my many Google searches at 2am. It clicked
immediately in my soul. Treat the child as a child. Get on the floor WITH the child. Get
on the child's level. Real world scenarios and oodles of P-L-A-Y! Floortime was a critical
piece of the puzzle in his recovery from autism. There is no doubt in my mind.
Mamas and caregivers do not fall for the standard of care. Do not fall for the status quo.
Do not be trampled by what is deemed “the only option”. Know that you can fight for
better therapy, more therapy, you can dismiss a therapist and seek another one. You can
also train yourself in floor time and do it at home belly to belly with your child. I firmly
will not ever endorse train-a-dog style ABA. Instead seek good therapists and
multidimensional approaches. In my experiences, the best therapists use more than just
one “way” to treat a child. It’s impossible to say ALL ABA is bad, but i’ll tell ya it’s SO
dependent on the actual therapist.
Fight my friends. Fight. Your child needs you and your warrior spirit.
