Defining Person Types

Responsibility: OU HRMS Manager

1. Navigate to the Person Types window.

 (N) Other Definitions>Person Types

2. Select the New Record icon.

3. Enter xx Student Placement Employee as the user name and Employee as the System Name.

4. Select the Active option and clear the Default option.

5. Save your work.
