your yoke heavy, and I will add to your yoke: my father [also] chastised

you with whips, but I will chastise you with scorpions. And when these
days are expired, it shall be, [that] upon the eighth day, and [so]
forward, the priests shall make your burnt offerings upon the altar, and
your peace offerings; and I will accept you, saith the Lord GOD. Or who
hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again? The
eye also of the adulterer waiteth for the twilight, saying, No eye shall
see me: and disguiseth [his] face. And when she saw [him], she was
troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation
this should be. Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Who
will rise up for me against the evildoers? On the morrow they left the
horsemen to go with him, and returned to the castle: Who, when they came
to Caesarea, and delivered the epistle to the governor, presented Paul
also before him. [Is] he yet alive? Can a maid forget her ornaments, [or]
a bride her attire? And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. It was meet
that we should make merry, and be glad: for this thy brother was dead,
and is alive again; and was lost, and is found. The steps of his strength
shall be straitened, and his own counsel shall cast him down. And the
LORD magnified Solomon exceedingly in the sight of all Israel, and
bestowed upon him [such] royal majesty as had not been on any king before
him in Israel. And Jesus saith unto them, Yea; have ye never read, Out of
the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise? And the LORD
spake unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and stretch out thine
hand upon the waters of Egypt, upon their streams, upon their rivers, and
upon their ponds, and upon all their pools of water, that they may become
blood; and [that] there may be blood throughout all the land of Egypt,
both in [vessels of] wood, and in [vessels of] stone. In that he saith, A
new [covenant], he hath made the first old. O LORD our Lord, how
excellent [is] thy name in all the earth! To the chief Musician upon
Muthlabben, A Psalm of David. And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid
the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine
hands: They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old
as doth a garment; And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they
shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail. In
the year that king Ahaz died was this burden. And he shall put off his
garments, and put on other garments, and carry forth the ashes without
the camp unto a clean place. And king Jehoram went out of Samaria the
same time, and numbered all Israel. Tell [them], Behold, the king of
Babylon is come to Jerusalem, and hath taken the king thereof, and the
princes thereof, and led them with him to Babylon; And hath taken of the
king’s seed, and made a covenant with him, and hath taken an oath of
him: he hath also taken the mighty of the land: That the kingdom might be
base, that it might not lift itself up, [but] that by keeping of his
covenant it might stand. This witness is true. And they that dwell upon
the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts
one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on
the earth. Art thou come unto me to call my sin to remembrance, and to
slay my son? Then ye shall come up after him, that he may come and sit
upon my throne; for he shall be king in my stead: and I have appointed
him to be ruler over Israel and over Judah. And all the people saw him
walking and praising God: And they knew that it was he which sat for alms
at the Beautiful gate of the temple: and they were filled with wonder and
amazement at that which had happened unto him. The husbandman that
laboureth must be first partaker of the fruits. And one of the same place
answered and said, But who [is] their father? For the LORD hath made
Jordan a border between us and you, ye children of Reuben and children of
Gad; ye have no part in the LORD: so shall your children make our
children cease from fearing the LORD. For thus saith the Lord GOD; I will
even deal with thee as thou hast done, which hast despised the oath in
breaking the covenant. Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of
the Lord may have [free] course, and be glorified, even as [it is] with
you: And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for
all [men] have not faith. But where [are] the nine? Though he slay me,
yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him. I
speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do that which ye have
seen with your father. And he laid [his] hands on her: and immediately
she was made straight, and glorified God. Speak not thou in thine heart,
after that the LORD thy God hath cast them out from before thee, saying,
For my righteousness the LORD hath brought me in to possess this land:
but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD doth drive them out from
before thee. And when they were come out of the ship, straightway they
knew him, And ran through that whole region round about, and began to
carry about in beds those that were sick, where they heard he was. Grace
[be] with you all. Then Zipporah took a sharp stone, and cut off the
foreskin of her son, and cast [it] at his feet, and said, Surely a bloody
husband [art] thou to me. For John truly baptized with water; but ye
shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence. That ye shall
say, Thy servants’ trade hath been about cattle from our youth even
until now, both we, [and] also our fathers: that ye may dwell in the land
of Goshen; for every shepherd [is] an abomination unto the Egyptians.
Fifty loops made he in one curtain, and fifty loops made he in the edge
of the curtain which [was] in the coupling of the second: the loops held
one [curtain] to another. And the little chambers thereof, and the posts
thereof, and the arches thereof, [were] according to these measures: and
[there were] windows therein and in the arches thereof round about: [it
was] fifty cubits long, and five and twenty cubits broad. And the
children of Dan went their way: and when Micah saw that they [were] too
strong for him, he turned and went back unto his house. From whence then
hath it tares? And Ehud put forth his left hand, and took the dagger from
his right thigh, and thrust it into his belly: And the haft also went in
after the blade; and the fat closed upon the blade, so that he could not
draw the dagger out of his belly; and the dirt came out. And it came to
pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by
them in shining garments: And as they were afraid, and bowed down [their]
faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the
dead? I will scatter them also among the heathen, whom neither they nor
their fathers have known: and I will send a sword after them, till I have
consumed them. And Naomi said unto her two daughters in law, Go, return
each to her mother’s house: the LORD deal kindly with you, as ye have
dealt with the dead, and with me. And when they had eaten enough, they
lightened the ship, and cast out the wheat into the sea. And one spake
saying after this manner, and another saying after that manner. So he
came near where I stood: and when he came, I was afraid, and fell upon my
face: but he said unto me, Understand, O son of man: for at the time of
the end [shall be] the vision. And they answered the angel of the LORD
that stood among the myrtle trees, and said, We have walked to and fro
through the earth, and, behold, all the earth sitteth still, and is at
rest. James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve
tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting. And, behold, they brought to
him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith
said unto the sick of the palsy; Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be
forgiven thee. And the people said unto Joshua, The LORD our God will we
serve, and his voice will we obey. For whatsoever soul [it be] that shall
not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his
people. Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit
indeed [is] willing, but the flesh [is] weak. And ye shall offer a burnt
offering for a sweet savour unto the LORD; one young bullock, one ram,
[and] seven lambs of the first year without blemish: And their meat
offering [shall be of] flour mingled with oil, three tenth deals for a
bullock, [and] two tenth deals for a ram, And one tenth deal for one
lamb, throughout the seven lambs: And one kid of the goats [for] a sin
offering, to make an atonement for you: Beside the burnt offering of the
month, and his meat offering, and the daily burnt offering, and his meat
offering, and their drink offerings, according unto their manner, for a
sweet savour, a sacrifice made by fire unto the LORD. Fury [is] not in
me: who would set the briers [and] thorns against me in battle? And all
Israel shall hear, and fear, and shall do no more any such wickedness as
this is among you. And some said, What will this babbler say? All [they
that be] fat upon earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to
the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul. And
the LORD hath given a commandment concerning thee, [that] no more of thy
name be sown: out of the house of thy gods will I cut off the graven
image and the molten image: I will make thy grave; for thou art vile. And
the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is
in Christ Jesus. So I went in and saw; and behold every form of creeping
things, and abominable beasts, and all the idols of the house of Israel,
pourtrayed upon the wall round about. The Lord then answered him, and
said, [Thou] hypocrite, doth not each one of you on the sabbath loose his
ox or [his] ass from the stall, and lead [him] away to watering? And if
ye have erred, and not observed all these commandments, which the LORD
hath spoken unto Moses, [Even] all that the LORD hath commanded you by
the hand of Moses, from the day that the LORD commanded [Moses], and
henceforward among your generations; Then it shall be, if [ought] be
committed by ignorance without the knowledge of the congregation, that
all the congregation shall offer one young bullock for a burnt offering,
for a sweet savour unto the LORD, with his meat offering, and his drink
offering, according to the manner, and one kid of the goats for a sin
offering. Also the valiant men of the armies [were], Asahel the brother
of Joab, Elhanan the son of Dodo of Bethlehem, Shammoth the Harorite,
Helez the Pelonite, Ira the son of Ikkesh the Tekoite, Abiezer the
Antothite, Sibbecai the Hushathite, Ilai the Ahohite, Maharai the
Netophathite, Heled the son of Baanah the Netophathite, Ithai the son of
Ribai of Gibeah, [that pertained] to the children of Benjamin, Benaiah
the Pirathonite, Hurai of the brooks of Gaash, Abiel the Arbathite,
Azmaveth the Baharumite, Eliahba the Shaalbonite, The sons of Hashem the
Gizonite, Jonathan the son of Shage the Hararite, Ahiam the son of Sacar

Berothite, the armourbearer of Joab the son of Zeruiah, Ira the Ithrite,
Gareb the Ithrite, Uriah the Hittite, Zabad the son of Ahlai, Adina the
son of Shiza the Reubenite, a captain of the Reubenites, and thirty with
him, Hanan the son of Maachah, and Joshaphat the Mithnite, Uzzia the
Ashterathite, Shama and Jehiel the sons of Hothan the Aroerite, Jediael
the son of Shimri, and Joha his brother, the Tizite, Eliel the Mahavite,
and Jeribai, and Joshaviah, the sons of Elnaam, and Ithmah the Moabite,
Eliel, and Obed, and Jasiel the Mesobaite. That which the palmerworm hath
left hath the locust eaten; and that which the locust hath left hath the
cankerworm eaten; and that which the cankerworm hath left hath the
caterpiller eaten. Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and he
bringeth them out of their distresses. Now the rest of the acts of
Jeroboam, and all that he did, and his might, how he warred, and how he
recovered Damascus, and Hamath, [which belonged] to Judah, for Israel,
[are] they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of
Israel? Therefore I will be unto them as a lion: as a leopard by the way
will I observe [them]: I will meet them as a bear [that is] bereaved [of
her whelps], and will rend the caul of their heart, and there will I
devour them like a lion: the wild beast shall tear them. His strength
shall be hungerbitten, and destruction [shall be] ready at his side. I
appeal unto Caesar. And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went
unto them from the dead, they will repent. In the lips of him that hath
understanding wisdom is found: but a rod [is] for the back of him that is
void of understanding. And [there was] no deliverer, because it [was] far
from Zidon, and they had no business with [any] man; and it was in the
valley that [lieth] by Bethrehob. And the ships were broken, that they
were not able to go to Tarshish. But if I live in the flesh, this [is]
the fruit of my labour: yet what I shall choose I wot not. Now the rest
of the people [that were] left in the city, and the fugitives that fell
away to the king of Babylon, with the remnant of the multitude, did
Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard carry away. Then took I the cup at
the LORD’S hand, and made all the nations to drink, unto whom the LORD
had sent me: [To wit], Jerusalem, and the cities of Judah, and the kings
thereof, and the princes thereof, to make them a desolation, an
astonishment, an hissing, and a curse; as [it is] this day; Pharaoh king
of Egypt, and his servants, and his princes, and all his people; And all
the mingled people, and all the kings of the land of Uz, and all the
kings of the land of the Philistines, and Ashkelon, and Azzah, and Ekron,
and the remnant of Ashdod, Edom, and Moab, and the children of Ammon, And
all the kings of Tyrus, and all the kings of Zidon, and the kings of the
isles which [are] beyond the sea, Dedan, and Tema, and Buz, and all [that
are] in the utmost corners, And all the kings of Arabia, and all the
kings of the mingled people that dwell in the desert, And all the kings
of Zimri, and all the kings of Elam, and all the kings of the Medes, And
all the kings of the north, far and near, one with another, and all the
kingdoms of the world, which [are] upon the face of the earth: and the
king of Sheshach shall drink after them. Then said Joshua, Open the mouth
of the cave, and bring out those five kings unto me out of the cave.
Luke, the beloved physician, and Demas, greet you. Professing themselves
to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible
God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and
fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. These two [things] are come unto
thee; who shall be sorry for thee? Therefore we conclude that a man is
justified by faith without the deeds of the law. So likewise, whosoever
he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my
disciple. And they slew a bullock, and brought the child to Eli. And I
saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting
gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation,
and kindred, and tongue, and people, Saying with a loud voice, Fear God,
and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship
him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of
waters. Paul, an apostle, (not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus
Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead;) And all the
brethren which are with me, unto the churches of Galatia: Grace [be] to
you and peace from God the Father, and [from] our Lord Jesus Christ, Who
gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present
evil world, according to the will of God and our Father: To whom [be]
glory for ever and ever. But Sihon king of Heshbon would not let us pass
by him: for the LORD thy God hardened his spirit, and made his heart
obstinate, that he might deliver him into thy hand, as [appeareth] this
day. But when he had put them all out, he taketh the father and the
mother of the damsel, and them that were with him, and entereth in where
the damsel was lying. When Sanballat the Horonite, and Tobiah the
servant, the Ammonite, heard [of it], it grieved them exceedingly that
there was come a man to seek the welfare of the children of Israel. So
Judah was carried away out of their land. Nevertheless the people did
sacrifice still in the high places, [yet] unto the LORD their God only.
Then Job answered and said, How long will ye vex my soul, and break me in
pieces with words? And [these are] ancient things. And I will cause them
to be removed into all kingdoms of the earth, because of Manasseh the son
of Hezekiah king of Judah, for [that] which he did in Jerusalem.
Confidence in an unfaithful man in time of trouble [is like] a broken
tooth, and a foot out of joint. 1If any man trespass against his
neighbour, and an oath be laid upon him to cause him to swear, and the
oath come before thine altar in this house: 1Then hear thou in heaven,
and do, and judge thy servants, condemning the wicked, to bring his way
upon his head; and justifying the righteous, to give him according to his
righteousness. And the spirit entered into me when he spake unto me, and
set me upon my feet, that I heard him that spake unto me. Whereupon, O
king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision: But shewed
first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the
coasts of Judaea, and [then] to the Gentiles, that they should repent and
turn to God, and do works meet for repentance. I will freely sacrifice
unto thee: I will praise thy name, O LORD; for [it is] good. And he
arose, and departed to his house. And the LORD said unto him, Go up.
Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray,
believe that ye receive [them], and ye shall have [them]. [There are]
also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the
celestial [is] one, and the [glory] of the terrestrial [is] another. She
hath wearied [herself] with lies, and her great scum went not forth out
of her: her scum [shall be] in the fire. Take Mark, and bring him with
thee: for he is profitable to me for the ministry. When Jesus saw that
the people came running together, he rebuked the foul spirit, saying unto
him, [Thou] dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him, and
enter no more into him. Ye shall have one manner of law, as well for the
stranger, as for one of your own country: for I [am] the LORD your God.
And the children of Israel did so as Joshua commanded, and took up twelve
stones out of the midst of Jordan, as the LORD spake unto Joshua,
according to the number of the tribes of the children of Israel, and
carried them over with them unto the place where they lodged, and laid
them down there. And the singers the sons of Asaph [were] in their place,
according to the commandment of David, and Asaph, and Heman, and Jeduthun
the king’s seer; and the porters [waited] at every gate; they might not
depart from their service; for their brethren the Levites prepared for
them. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of
yourselves: [it is] the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should
boast. For the tabernacle of the LORD, which Moses made in the
wilderness, and the altar of the burnt offering, [were] at that season in
the high place at Gibeon. And if a woman have an issue, [and] her issue
in her flesh be blood, she shall be put apart seven days: and whosoever
toucheth her shall be unclean until the even. And he went unto his
father’s house at Ophrah, and slew his brethren the sons of Jerubbaal,
[being] threescore and ten persons, upon one stone: notwithstanding yet
Jotham the youngest son of Jerubbaal was left; for he hid himself. And
the LORD said, Arise, anoint him: for this [is] he. And they brought
every man his present, vessels of silver, and vessels of gold, and
raiment, harness, and spices, horses, and mules, a rate year by year. But
so shall it not be among you: but whosoever will be great among you,
shall be your minister: And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall
be servant of all. And Gehazi answered, Verily she hath no child, and her
husband is old. And they removed from Kadesh, and pitched in mount Hor,
in the edge of the land of Edom. And they came over unto the other side
of the sea, into the country of the Gadarenes. Either a vine, figs?
Therefore they shall be as the morning cloud, and as the early dew that
passeth away, as the chaff [that] is driven with the whirlwind out of the
floor, and as the smoke out of the chimney. And in the morning, as they
passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. Wilt thou not
from this time cry unto me, My father, thou [art] the guide of my youth?
And Laban went into Jacob’s tent, and into Leah’s tent, and into the
two maidservants’ tents; but he found [them] not. Thou art become cruel
to me: with thy strong hand thou opposest thyself against me. And the ass
said unto Balaam, [Am] not I thine ass, upon which thou hast ridden ever
since [I was] thine unto this day? So David went, he and the six hundred
men that [were] with him, and came to the brook Besor, where those that
were left behind stayed. And Mephibosheth the son of Saul came down to
meet the king, and had neither dressed his feet, nor trimmed his beard,
nor washed his clothes, from the day the king departed until the day he
came [again] in peace. So [am] I. The LORD [is] their strength, and he
[is] the saving strength of his anointed. And the priest shall bring her
near, and set her before the LORD: And the priest shall take holy water
in an earthen vessel; and of the dust that is in the floor of the
tabernacle the priest shall take, and put [it] into the water: And the
priest shall set the woman before the LORD, and uncover the woman’s
head, and put the offering of memorial in her hands, which [is] the
jealousy offering: and the priest shall have in his hand the bitter water
that causeth the curse: And the priest shall charge her by an oath, and
say unto the woman, If no man have lain with thee, and if thou hast not
gone aside to uncleanness [with another] instead of thy husband, be thou
free from this bitter water that causeth the curse: But if thou hast gone
aside [to another] instead of thy husband, and if thou be defiled, and
some man have lain with thee beside thine husband: Then the priest shall
charge the woman with an oath of cursing, and the priest shall say unto
the woman, The LORD make thee a curse and an oath among thy people, when
the LORD doth make thy thigh to rot, and thy belly to swell; And this
water that causeth the curse shall go into thy bowels, to make [thy]
belly to swell, and [thy] thigh to rot: And the woman shall say, Amen,
amen. He that delicately bringeth up his servant from a child shall have
him become [his] son at the length. So did he in Bethel, sacrificing unto
the calves that he had made: and he placed in Bethel the priests of the
high places which he had made. Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold,
against this family do I devise an evil, from which ye shall not remove
your necks; neither shall ye go haughtily: for this time [is] evil. And
if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me? But unto the Son [he
saith], Thy throne, O God, [is] for ever and ever: a sceptre of
righteousness [is] the sceptre of thy kingdom. Then Peter said unto them,
Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for
the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
And the king sware, and said, [As] the LORD liveth, that hath redeemed my
soul out of all distress, Even as I sware unto thee by the LORD God of
Israel, saying, Assuredly Solomon thy son shall reign after me, and he
shall sit upon my throne in my stead; even so will I certainly do this
day. So the prophet departed, and waited for the king by the way, and
disguised himself with ashes upon his face. Therefore thus saith the
LORD; Thy wife shall be an harlot in the city, and thy sons and thy
daughters shall fall by the sword, and thy land shall be divided by line;
and thou shalt die in a polluted land: and Israel shall surely go into
captivity forth of his land. As the sin offering [is], so [is] the
trespass offering: [there is] one law for them: the priest that maketh
atonement therewith shall have [it]. O LORD, thou knowest: remember me,
and visit me, and revenge me of my persecutors; take me not away in thy
longsuffering: know that for thy sake I have suffered rebuke. And the
woman took and spread a covering over the well’s mouth, and spread
ground corn thereon; and the thing was not known. If ye forsake the LORD,
and serve strange gods, then he will turn and do you hurt, and consume
you, after that he hath done you good. And it shall be no more the
confidence of the house of Israel, which bringeth [their] iniquity to
remembrance, when they shall look after them: but they shall know that I
[am] the Lord GOD. What shall [one] then answer the messengers of the
nation? So Moses finished the work. Then their anger was abated toward
him, when he had said that. For mine Angel shall go before thee, and
bring thee in unto the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites,
and the Canaanites, [and] the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut
them off. It shall even be as when an hungry [man] dreameth, and, behold,
he eateth; but he awaketh, and his soul is empty: or as when a thirsty
man dreameth, and, behold, he drinketh; but he awaketh, and, behold, [he
is] faint, and his soul hath appetite: so shall the multitude of all the
nations be, that fight against mount Zion. Thou, O king, [art] a king of
kings: for the God of heaven hath given thee a kingdom, power, and
strength, and glory. And to him they agreed: and when they had called the
apostles, and beaten [them], they commanded that they should not speak in
the name of Jesus, and let them go. Now are we sure that thou knowest all
things, and needest not that any man should ask thee: by this we believe
that thou camest forth from God. While they promise them liberty, they
themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome,
of the same is he brought in bondage. And Moses was content to dwell with
the man: and he gave Moses Zipporah his daughter. And joy and gladness is
taken from the plentiful field, and from the land of Moab; and I have
caused wine to fail from the winepresses: none shall tread with shouting;
[their] shouting [shall be] no shouting. The watchman of Ephraim [was]
with my God: [but] the prophet [is] a snare of a fowler in all his ways,
[and] hatred in the house of his God. I will wash mine hands in
innocency: so will I compass thine altar, O LORD: That I may publish with
the voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all thy wondrous works. And he
judged Israel in the days of the Philistines twenty years. Then saith one
of his disciples, Judas Iscariot, Simon’s [son], which should betray
him, Why was not this ointment sold for three hundred pence, and given to
the poor? But when Jesus perceived their thoughts, he answering said unto
them, What reason ye in your hearts? And immediately Jesus stretched
forth [his] hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little
faith, wherefore didst thou doubt? And Joseph commanded his servants the
physicians to embalm his father: and the physicians embalmed Israel. And
when he had thus spoken, he shewed them [his] hands and [his] feet. And
they neither found me in the temple disputing with any man, neither
raising up the people, neither in the synagogues, nor in the city:
Neither can they prove the things whereof they now accuse me. And death
shall be chosen rather than life by all the residue of them that remain
of this evil family, which remain in all the places whither I have driven
them, saith the LORD of hosts. To him that overcometh will I grant to sit
with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my
Father in his throne. Yea, thou shalt be broken in the midst of the
uncircumcised, and shalt lie with [them that are] slain with the sword.
For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer
sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh: How
much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit
offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead
works to serve the living God? And as soon as he had spoken, immediately
the leprosy departed from him, and he was cleansed. And Elijah departed.
Or, Deliver me from the enemy’s hand? And this I do for the gospel’s
sake, that I might be partaker thereof with [you]. And what [are] the
high places of Judah? And it came to pass, as soon as Isaac had made an
end of blessing Jacob, and Jacob was yet scarce gone out from the
presence of Isaac his father, that Esau his brother came in from his
hunting. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.
Now therefore up by night, thou and the people that [is] with thee, and
lie in wait in the field: And it shall be, [that] in the morning, as soon
as the sun is up, thou shalt rise early, and set upon the city: and,
