The ZKR Server application is the platform that facilitates communication among all the
equipment used within the Hospital, stores all event logs and voice recordings of calls made
on the system, allows these logs and records to be accessed by the user through a web-based
interface, and allows integration with other systems used throughout the hospital.
For the system to function correctly, the most important step is proper configuration of the Point
Definitions and the Call Type Notifications (Point Operations) these points can make.
