CHANGE APP ICONS ON IPAD

1. Open up the shortcuts app.

2. Tap the + button at the top to create a new
shortcut.
3. Tap search the top right and search your
notebook name
4. Tap the top left for rename you want to use.
5. Tap the i button at the top right and
choose to add to home screen
6. Tap Choose File and select the icon that
you like, Tap add.

HYPERLINKS ARE NOT WORKING

Please make sure to turn on the Read-Only mode by tapping on the pen icon at
the top of the nav bar.
In Goodnotes, you can find out whether you are in the Read-Only or Editing mode
by viewing the color of nav bar. If the bar is turned white, you are in the Read-Only
mode. Once you tap the pen icon again, it will enter the Editing mode.

IMPORTING ISSUES

Please make sure you are following the instructions that are included with your purchase and importing the
correct files. *ZIP files are not compatible with the note-taking app. It will need to be unzipped before
importing into the app.

If you are receiving an import error, try importing the file directly within the app or force-closing the app by
swiping up the multitasking view. Reopen the app and try to import the file again.

If you’re experiencing any issues, visit the App Store directly and see if the app is updated to the latest
version.

All digital planners from Da Rich Planner are PDF files, and thus, will work in any
note-taking app that accepts the use of hyperlinked PDF files, such as GoodNotes,
Notability, ZoomNotes, Noteshelf, CollaNote, Zinnia, and many others.
