1. Introduction

Session 2: Stock Management Techniques

Focused on reorder levels and safety stock. Participants engaged in activities like categorization and

simulation of reordering logic to understand critical control points in inventory handling.

Session 3: Database Design for Inventory

Participants learned relational database design using MySQL. Entity-relationship models included Products,
Suppliers, Orders, Stock Levels. This session emphasized how proper data structuring improves tracking and

forecasting.

5. Day 2 Summary: Practical Tools & Odoo Cloud ERP

Session 4: Odoo Inventory Module Introduction

Provided an overview of Odoo ERP. Participants explored inventory features like real-time stock updates,

barcode integration, and warehouse management.

Session 5: Odoo Cloud Services Demonstration

Hands-on session where participants created products, categories, and processed incoming and outgoing

shipments. Demonstrated how Odoo automates stock valuation and connects to purchase/sales modules.

Session 6: Real-Time Inventory Management Demo

Participants performed live tracking using Odoo Cloud. They simulated stock movements and tracked

inventory status through batch processing.
