Due to increased pressure the efficiency declined and the workers had to take Orders from more than
superior. workers were overburdened and their health was also affected .Gradually the quality of
products begins to decline and market share also went down. The Company realized that they had
implemented changes without waiting for the required infrastructure.

organizational structure is functional. In the production department various foremen have been
employed. Each foreman has been made responsible for production planning, implementation and

standard . She fixed a standatd time for processing the order. She also realized that there were some
flavors whose demand was not enough. So, the also decided to shop the sale of such flavors. As a result
within a short period Sandhya was able to attract the customers.
