MSA: Gate 01, Truck Parking Area…..

Safety talk was done with M. Aslam (driver) about major hazards while driving and off the job safety.

Obs.: Plastic shopping bags were thrown on water channel grating which may cause trip and fall hazard
and also block the water channel. On Spot Closure done.

Safety talk was carried out with Umair (Gardener) while he was performing the cutting of wild vegetation
about the usage of machine and PPEs to be followed while doing the job. He was aware about the PPEs
required and how to perform the job safely.

Obs.: Grass cutting machine was placed on foot path near mosque which causes the blockage of
passageway and may cause the tripping hazard. On spot closure done and counselling was done for
Umair.

Safety talk was done with M.Nadeem (sweeper) about cardinal rules. He was aware about the cardinal
rules and other safety related asked questions.

Obs.: Observation was taken as cigarette boxes were thrown on water channel grating near parking area
which may cause the blockage of water channel. On spot closure was done and counselling was carried
out.

Safety talk was carried out with Ashfaq (sweeper) about emergencies and assembly points. Guidance
was done about the type of emergencies and what should be the response in case of any emergency.

Obs.: Cat eye was dislocated from its place and fallen on the road, which can cause tripping hazard. On
spot closure was done and broken cat eye was removed from the road.
MSA: Boundary Walls and Security Posts

Safety talk was done with Ashiq Ali (sweeper) while he was performing the cleaning activities. Questions
were asked about the hazards in his job and he was well aware about the asked questions.

Obs.: Small broken branch of a tree was fallen down on the road near boundary wall, W-side which can
cause the tripping and falling hazard. Counselling was done and on spot closure was carried out.

Safety talk was done with M. Shafiq while he was performing the excavation activity in the front of
admin building near boundary wall about the cardinal rules. He was aware about the cardinal rules.

Obs.: Observation was taken as he has thrown water bottle near the footpath which can cause the falling
hazard for others. His counselling was done and the bottle was removed from the place.

Safety talk was carried out with Mushtaq Ali about the Assembly points in the site and what will be their
response in case of any emergency. Guidance was shared with him about the asked questions.

Obs.: Observation was taken as Mushtaq has placed his safety helmet on the passageway near boundary
wall, w-side., which may cause trip and fall hazard. Counselling was done with him.

Safety talk was done with M. Tanveer about the off the job security measures and cardinal rules. He had
good knowledge about the asked questions.

Obs.: Plastic shopping bags were thrown in water channel grating, which can cause the blockage of the
water channel near boundary wall, w-side. On spot closure was done and plastic bags were removed
from the channel.
