Terms and conditions


1. All supplies will be accepted after prior quality check.
2. Payment will be released within 30 days of Delivery subject to submission of supporting documents i.e.
Purchase order, Delivery Challan and Invoice.
3. Supplier will provide Store department SMH with all supporting documents at the time of delivery i.e. Purchase
Order and Three copies each of Delivery Challan and Invoice
4. Place of Delivery: Saleem Memorial Hospital, Green Fort II, Mohlanwal Road, Lahore.
5. The supplier warrants that all laws and regulations pertaining to environment, labour, licenses and taxes will be
followed and complied with
6. All items delivered will have at the minimum 720 days left for expiry. In case any item has a shorter expiry, the
purchaser reserves the right to reject that delivery and return the items to the supplier.
7. In case any item delivered by the supplier and stocked by the purchaser nears its expiry date, the purchaser will
return this item to the supplier or have it replaced with a longer expiry item.
8. In case of returns, the purchaser will ensure that items are returned at least 90 days prior to expiry.
9. The delivery of the above mentioned items will mean that the supplier has agreed to the terms & conditions
mentioned.
