■Number: 00000

Concept explanation:

1. Use SN and CN setting

Set this item for the weighing object whose serial number and cargo number have

been input. After the weighing data is stable, press"SAVE/PRINT" , you can realize

the required data processing method.

2. Not use SN and CN setting

Set this item for weighing objects whose number and item number are both zero.

Press " SAVE/PRINT" after the weighing data is stable to realize the required data

processing method.

3. Automatic Save and Print

If this item is set to valid, press the "5/AUTO" in the weighing state, the indicator

can switch to can be converted to automatically store printing status and the prompt

" A" is displayed at the same time. Printing is set to be valid, every weighing

5. Statistical details

If this item is selected, after entering the statistical interface, the data in the printing

memory will be counted according to the selected conditions.

The printer only prints the receipt of the total weight, and does not print the detailed

weighing record.

6. Print parameters

1. Paper line number

This parameter can be set to count the number of blank paper feeding lines after

printing.

2. Print lower limit

After the instrument is stored and printed each time, the crane scale needs to return

to a certain percentage range of the full scale.

The next lifting operation can be carried out without returning to zero. This item is

used to set the percentage of full scale.

3. Record paper feed

Due to the structural characteristics of the printer itself, every time a record is printed,

2 . The method of parameter setting without serial number

■ No serial number, article number means that both the serial number and the article

Zero Setting

Setting method:

20%FS means 20% of the maximum weighing capacity (Generally, it should be set

to 20%).

2. Setting of manual zero setting parameters

This parameter can be used to set the range of the indicator to return to zero when

the “ZERO”is pressed after the weighing data is stable.

Setting method:

Please press the "2/TIME" , the cursor under the parameter number will display,

press the "SEARCH" to use.

The number can be switched between "4, 10, 20, 40" and press the "ENTER" after

selection.

Communication Settings

1. Screen Display

If this function is selected, the instrument can display the current weight on the

external large screen connected to it through the RS232 interface.

■ The connection to the large screen must be less than 30 meters.

If save and print is enabled in the save and print parameter settings (see P5-6 for

details), after each weighing data is stable, press the"SAVE/PRINT" , the printer will

1 . Press "ENTER" on the first interface to view the current memory status of the

instrument, for example: display 80/2000, means: 80 is the current usage; 2000 is the

1 digit is the number of decimal places.

How to clear stored data

corresponding to the current interface. Press the number key 1 to select it and press

" ENTER", the indicator will return to the weighing interface, and the total time will

be reduced by one at the same time, and the list operation is successful.

Mention:

■If data is stored in the memory due to misoperation, the data can be cleared by using

the list function. There is no need to return to zero, and the storage and printing

operations can continue.

■ When the number of times is "0", the list operation cannot be performed after
statistics.

2. Total clear

Clear all data in memory. Press the number key 2 to select this item, press "ENTER"

to return to the weighing interface, the interface displays the serial number, the item

number becomes zero, and the total time is reset to zero, indicating that the memory

has been cleared, and the total clear operation is successful.

Printer use and maintenance

installation steps:

1 . As shown in Figure 1, press the door opening wrench in the direction of the arrow.

2 . As shown in Figure 2, push the door opener outward to make the head roller jump

out of the print head.

3. Open the cover of the paper compartment, load the printing paper, and pull out a

section (beyond a little tearing paper teeth), put the paper neatly, and pay attention to

the direction of the paper, as shown in Figure 3, the side with the liquid medicine

(smooth side) up.

4 .Close the cover of the paper compartment, press the paper feed shaft of the print

head to align with the printing paper, press the paper feed shaft of the print head back

to the print head with a little force, and push the door opener back to reset.

5. Turn on the power of the printer, then press the LF key to rotate the machine head,

and check whether the paper is skewed.

Use of chargers and batteries

when to charge

■ When the under-voltage sign on the battery sign on the display screen is displayed,

it means that it needs to be charged, please charge the meter as soon as possible.

When the under-voltage sign is on, the meter can still be used for 1 minute, and it will

automatically shut down after 1 minute to protect the battery.

■ During normal wireless signal reception and weighing process, the display screen of

the crane scale display shows: " Crane scale battery low voltage" means that the

battery power supply of the scale body is under-voltage and needs to be charged.

After the under-voltage display, it can be used for another 30 minutes, and the power

supply end of the scale body will automatically shut down after 30 minutes.

Charging time

■ The scale battery is a 6V/4Ah lead-acid battery, and the normal use time is about 55
hours.

■ The instrument battery is a 6V/4Ah lead-acid battery, and the normal use time is
about 40 hours.

Use of the charger

■ The charger has three indication states: connected to the 220V power supply, the

indicator light is green; when charging, the indicator light is red; when the battery is

fully charged, the indicator light turns green.

■ The charger is an intelligent charger, and it takes about 4 to 5 hours to fully charge

the battery. When the battery is fully charged, the smart charger will automatically

switch to a trickle state to protect the battery. In order to prolong the service life of the

battery, it is best to remove it as soon as possible after the battery is fully charged.

 When charging the meter, please connect the 220V power supply to the

charger first, and then insert the charging plug into the charging socket of the meter

after the indicator light of the charger turns green to prevent the voltage surge from

impacting the meter.

Battery Safety Matters

This device is powered by a lead-acid rechargeable battery, please observe the

following precautions:

■ Do not short-circuit the battery by entering water. Short-circuiting will damage the
battery.

■ Do not short-circuit the battery plug, otherwise the battery and the short-circuited
objects will be damaged.

■ If the battery is left unused for a long time, please take it out and charge it every
two months.

■ In order to prolong the service life of the lead-acid battery as much as possible,

please charge the battery after using it until it is under voltage. And every time you

charge it, you must fully charge the battery.

Use of wireless crane scale

Scale body work:

Install the antenna and battery on the crane scale, turn on the switch, and the

working indicator light flashes quickly, indicating that the scale body is in the

working state.

Display side work:

 Connect the random antenna to the antenna jack on the top of the handheld meter,

and press the "ON" button on the meter. If the communication is normal, the signal

sign of the instrument will light up, and after a few seconds, the current weighing of

the scale body will be displayed, indicating that the upper and lower ends are working

normally.

Note:

■ In the state of no communication signal, the instrument will automatically shut

down within 30 minutes.

■ When the weighing data is stable, the meter will automatically shut down if there is
no operation or data change for 30 minutes. To use it again, you need to reboot.

Safety and Warranty

The safety factor has been considered in the design of this wireless crane scale.

Please do not exceed its maximum weighing capacity when using it. The maximum

weighing capacity has been marked on the obvious part of the crane scale. The

company will not be responsible for any damage caused by overloading.

■ Please check the gauges, rings, hooks and other parts regularly every three months.

If any abnormality is found, please contact the company in time to ensure safe and

normal use.

■ Severe collision and long-term rain should be avoided. Special attention should be

paid to prevent the scale body from falling from the hook. Falling from a high place

will cause serious damage to the crane scale.

■ Non- high temperature crane scales cannot work in high temperature environments.

It is strictly forbidden to conduct electric welding on the scale body, otherwise the

A/ D transmitter and sensor will be damaged.

■ When the crane scale is in normal use, the antenna does not need to be removed

every day. Frequent disassembly and assembly of the antenna will easily cause wear

and tear on the antenna and socket. Pay attention to protect the antenna, do not collide

with water. In case of damage, please contact the supplier, do not replace the

connection with other items.

Except for the printer and the battery, the rest of the parts of this machine
are guaranteed for one year without man- made damage.

Printers and batteries are not covered under warranty.

■ The service life of the printer is directly related to the frequency of use, that is, the

printing volume. If the frequency of use is high, the use time will be short, and if the

frequency of use is low, the use time will be long. Therefore, the printer cannot use

the time of use as the warranty period.

■ The service life of the battery is directly related to the usage and charging habits.

The battery must be fully charged before it can be charged. When charging, the

battery must be fully charged to end the charging. Bad make

deadline.
