PROJECT
DESCRIPTION

The proposed project is to design and construct a 150

square meters two-storey residential house in the Barrio of
San Isidro, Municipality of San Pablo City laguna with a land
area of approximately 2,228 square meters.

The two-storey house will consist of four (4) bedrooms, two

(2) bathrooms, kitchens, living room, powder room, and
patio.

The site shall be developed to accommodate the standard

requirements of a residential house as a prescribed by the
National Building Code of the Philippines and other
generally accepted standards for such structure.
INNOVATION

Sustainable housing is elevated to a whole new level with the aid of

renewable energy. The residential house project will have the power it
needs to function off the grid and take care of itself while the
beneficiary is away.

Solar energy is the most widely used renewable energy source. The
advantages of solar panels installed in the proposed residential house
are the following:

Solar energy helps reduce monthly power bill

Solar energy provides lucrative tax incentives
Solar energy can be paired with solar battery storage
Solar energy is environmentally-friendly
