1.1 INTRODUCTION TO HOUSING

In the fabric of human existence, few things hold as much significance as the place we call home.
Our homes are not merely structures; they are sanctuaries, repositories of memories, and reflections
of our identities. They are where we find solace, forge connections, and chart the course of our lives.

As we stand on the threshold of a new era, marked by rapid urbanization, technological innovation,

authenticity of their tenants.

1.2 PROJECT DEFINATION :-

FEATURES OF BIG VALLEY HOMES

Earlier, real estate portals only offered property listings: a requirement was posted online and a list
of relevant available options were presented to you. Realty portals have come a long way since then.
Today, they offer a range of data, analytics and tools aimed at making the property buyer’s task
much easier.

home ,buy a new property like party plots, pain guest for people who live far from home .

Map-based search

Now you can check out a property’s location on a map and understand its proximity to surrounding
physical and social infrastructure: highway, metro station, bus stop, hospitals, cinema halls, schools,
parks, ATMs, etc. Thus, you will be able to get a good idea of the amenities available, without having
to make a visit to the location.

Virtual tour
Traditionally, developers put up a sample flat at the project site which potential buyers visited. Now,
realty portals offer online tours using the latest visualisation software. Interested buyers can see the
apartment from different angles; how the apartment would look at different times of the day,
sample the view from the balcony, and compare the unit plans of various apartments, etc.

8
Sky view
Several portals offer an aerial view of the property and its neighbourhood . They use cameras fitted
on drones to get the relevant imagery.

Verified properties
Players like Big Valley Homes have data agents who visit developers’ properties and verify as many
as 100 data points about each property. Hence, any information available on the portal about the
project is authentic and verified.

Online booking
Many developers are offering dedicated projects for online booking either on their own websites or
on affiliated realty portals. Even NRIs and people living in other cities, register on these websites and
choose the project size, payment plan, and then book the property by paying the booking amount
online.

In some cases, allotment of the exact apartment also happens online. Some developers return the
booking amount if you decide within a stipulated period not to go ahead with the purchase. Others
insist that you book in another project of theirs or forfeit the money. Online booking: Big Valley
Homes allows buyers to book properties online, streamlining the process of buying a property.

CHAPTER-2:-
PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION

1
2.1 problem statenment:-
The issue of housing has emerged as one of the most pressing challenges facing our society today.
Across the globe, millions of individuals and families are grappling with the profound repercussions
of inadequate housing options, soaring prices, and limited access to affordable accommodations.

In many regions, the escalating cost of housing has reached staggering levels, pushing
homeownership beyond the grasp of countless individuals and forcing them into precarious rental
arrangements. As a result, families are forced to allocate an exorbitant portion of their income
towards housing expenses, leaving little room for other essential needs such as healthcare,
education, and savings.

Moreover, the shortage of affordable housing options has exacerbated homelessness and housing
insecurity, leaving vulnerable populations—including low-income earners, seniors, and marginalized
communities—particularly susceptible to housing instability and displacement. The lack of safe,
stable housing not only compromises individuals' well-being but also perpetuates cycles of poverty
and social inequality.

Additionally, the housing crisis has profound implications for urban development, environmental
sustainability, and community resilience. Sprawling urbanization, inadequate infrastructure, and
inefficient land use exacerbate the strain on housing resources and contribute to environmental
degradation. Moreover, the concentration of housing in urban centers often results in overcrowding,
traffic congestion, and social isolation, undermining the livability and vibrancy of communities.

2.2 project scope:-

The primary objective of this housing project is to develop a sustainable, affordable housing
community that meets the needs of [insert target demographic] while promoting inclusivity,
environmental responsibility, and community well-being. The project aims to address the pressing
housing shortage in [insert location] by providing high-quality housing options that are accessible to
individuals and families of varying income levels.

CHAPTER-4:-
CONCLUSION FUTURE
DEVELOPMENT

1
4.1 CONCLUSION :-
Housing is a fundamental need, but finding the right fit can be challenging. There are many factors to
consider, from budget and location to amenities and the application process.
The conclusion is that finding housing takes time, effort, and research. By understanding your needs
and exploring the available options, you can increase your chances of finding a place that's safe,
comfortable, and affordable.

4.2 DEPLOYMENT :-
The term "deployment" is often used for temporary or pre-fabricated structures. Here are two
contexts where deployment might be used with housing:

Emergency or disaster situations: Temporary housing units can be quickly deployed to provide
shelter for people displaced by natural disasters or other crises. These units are typically pre-
fabricated and can be assembled on-site quickly. They may be simple tents or more complex
structures.
Remote locations: Prefabricated housing units can be deployed in remote locations where it's
difficult or expensive to build traditional structures. These units might be used for work camps,
research stations, or even permanent housing in some cases.
