Dispatch Reporting: Providing dispatch details to every 10 days, along with
a comprehensive monthly dispatch report at the end of each month.

Coordination with Regional Teams: Ensuring effective and continuous

coordination with the PRM/CRM and MIS teams in each UTCL region to
ensure smooth operations.

Collaboration with Parties: Maintaining regular and effective

communication regarding Purchase Orders (Pos), dispatches, and payments.

Aging Report and Unpaid Invoices: Sharing weekly ageing reports

and unpaid invoices for timely clearance of outstanding amounts.

Follow-Up on Overdue Invoices: Sending separate reminders regarding

unpaid invoices exceeding 120 days, emphasizing the need for immediate
resolution.

Data Management: Ensuring the accurate and organized maintenance of

records related to dispatches, payments received, unpaid invoices, credit
notes, and other related issues.

WhatsApp Community: Establishing and managing a WhatsApp

community including project-specific groups with the relevant CRM/PRM,
site store personnel and our logistics team, to enhance coordination and
ensure smooth dispatch and unloading processes.

Site Visits: Visiting to all sites to monitor progress and address

operational issues.

New Project Identification and Order Procurement: Identifying new

project opportunities, sharing company credentials, coordinating sample
submissions and trials, and ensuring the successful acquisition of purchase
orders from the client.

Tracking Competitor Pricing: We are consistently gathering competitor

invoices to gain accurate insights into prevailing market material prices, which in
turn helps us negotiate more effectively with our clients."
