Aligning Maaden employees with the policies and regulations of the Saudi
Government
1- Issuing Visas: Single, Multiple. From Muqeem
2- Commercial Visas: to bring vendors “suppliers” from outside Maaden to do a job for us. From MOFA 3- QIWA: employee’s electronic contracts, to save their rights and correct information “renewal, increase salary, change in job title” from the update option 4- MOFA “ministry of foreign affairs”: dealing with foreign employee’s governmental matters 5- Muqeem: issuing foreign employees IQAMAs, visa 6- Aligning QIWA platform with GOSI 7- Employment Law subject: where we understood how the human resources laws are reflected in the government department.
What we have done:
1- Approving the system requests.
2- Understanding and implementing the workflow of MOFA 3- Having knowledge of the Saudi government websites: Muqeem, Najez, QIWA, GOSI. 4- Using the UPS “ delivery method” to deliver employees visa
