Amaretto Sour
The Ameretto Sour is a good cocktail for the beginning cocktail lover, due to its sweet and
mild taste. The Angostura bitters help balance out the sour from the lime juice and the

Black/White Russian
The Black Russian is a simple and elegant cocktail, containing only 3 ingredients: Ice, Wodka

Sunday Breeze
The Sunday Breeze is a chic looking, bittersweet juicy cocktail. It contains both lime and
grapefruit juice, which creates a citrussy, bitter and sour taste, but also a fresh juicyness.

bitterness by giving it a more sweetness.

Dark & Stormy/Moscow Mule


The Dark and Stormy is a beloved cocktail. It derives its name from the dark Goslings rum
that is used, which has a unique deep and spicy flavour and the stormy flavours of ginger
beer. Complemented by the sour lime juice and bitter Angostura.
The Moscow Mule uses wodka instead of rum, making for a more fresh taste.
